This Wendy’s is a lot better than I remember it. The staff is friendly. The food was pretty good for fast food at a burger joint chicken tenders really really good. Everyone seem friendly and the place was really clean. I was overall really impressed and lived in this area for many years. Whoever is managing the place and the people work in. There are doing a great job. Will definitely come back again over some of the other fast food options in the area kudos to the manager. You’re staring the ship.

Want the slowest Wendy’s in WI? We’ll look no further. 2 car pile up in the drive through? no worries, easily a 15min wait. Need time to read a book? Come here, your guaranteed to finish at least a chapter in line. Like who trains these people? Turtles? Ive never seen such extensive speeds in my life! I think this place needs a re-wipe.

Went to the location and order food. Received the order with out the drinks and wrong. Had to go back into store for the drinks and to get order fixed. When the order got back to give to everyone it was cold and rock hard. The store didn’t handle our concider our concern. Wouldn’t recommend eating here ever again

Wow. I love Wendy’s. This location is going to be on my no go list. Let’s start with the fact we waited 13 minutes after I started realizing it was taking forever to even start taking orders… but then the employees were laughing, joking, carrying on and that’s when she started undressing… taking off her shirt to show her under shirt, being loud and CURSING AT CUSTOMERS. Not degrading.. but just like she was at home talking with her friends on club night… the gentleman asked her not to curse and she gave a half assed apology, saying she thought he looked cool… with his kid right there…I have issue with swearing… but 0 percent professional. That’s when she started wiping her sweat with her work shirt and saying she didn’t care because she was supposed to be off so she didn’t give a damn…

Never put a toy on my son’s kid’s meal. We come here a lot. This is the second time this has happened. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying to get my son a kid’s meal just to disappoint him with the part kid’s care most about. Reason I went out of my way to make this review is because the phone number you try to call for this store is out of service…… ? Uhhhh

Never had a bad experience at this location before but it’s a new store. Had to wait 20 minutes or more in line for one sandwich through drive through. They did not even give me napkins. my order was very slow do not come here if you want fast food. You never know give it a week and they might have different team members seems like every time I come here there’s new staff

This is the third time I’ve visited this location after 10 pm. EVERY SINGLE TIME they’ve messed up my order and charged me wrong. The guy in the drive through is more concerned with talking in funny accents than actually doing his job. I understand making mistakes every once an awhile, but it’s disappointing and irritating when it’s every damn time..

Absolute crap service. They have someone stationed at the drive through who can’t even understand what you are saying. They got my order completely wrong after waiting at the drive through for over 15 minutes to even pay. Just to get the receipt and it’s completely wrong and she walked away before I even got the chance to say anything. This Wendy’s went to shit. 10/10 would not go.
