Well somebody did something right, food has improved a lot! Much fresher, and the heat was actually working! Mary was extremely nice great employee. Keep it up! If you have not checked it out in the last month I would. We went on a Tuesday night.

Bathrooms were out of soap and nobody took care of that when I brought it up so I had to go to my vehicle to wash my hands with hand sanitizer. Food is not what it used to be, burger wasn’t half as good as it was a year ago. Chili was still good but also not what it was a few years ago. Might stop going to this location, maybe it is the problem.

Had an online order. I arrived before posted closing time, only to be told the restaurant was closed. Closing ti.e is 12am. I arrived at 1150pm, 30 minutes roughly after the order was placed. Very unhappy. Sont take orders if youre going to close early.

Took 20 minutes to get my food, and its not even like there were that many cars either. The food was the only good part about Wendy’s. I guess the workers were nice. They also completely screwed up my order… EVERY TIME I WENT THERE

When I arrived I attempted to dine in but the doors were locked with no signs posted that the lobby was closed (noon on a Monday). I should have went elsewhere after that but instead I went to the drive thru. In total I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. I got a Spicy chicken combo and some of the new GarParm nuggets. The only thing I was able to eat was the frys. The nuggets were swimming in oil and were like oil sponges. There was no sauce on them what so ever. Then I got to the Spicy chicken and discovered is was not completely cooked. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon!

Do not go here. They did not give us hardly any of our stuff we paid for. If you aren’t able to provide the service then don’t serve. Refund us for our entrees and sides we did not receive. We communicated the problem and got turned away.
