Pretty poor overall service. Waited in line to order for 10 minutes, waited another 15 minutes for the order. All while only 3 other people inside total and just a handful of cars in the drive thru. Old lady at the register was so loud and obviously flustered by the little bit they had to do. No ketchup in the dispenser. Ordered a baconator that came with 2 half slices of bacon and loads of some sort of sauce. Was pretty gross I didn’t even finish it. All for a whopping $14.

I had ONE good experience here since they opened. I was hoping the bad experiences were due to training new employees but clearly not, as it keeps happening. I have had problems with both DoorDash and going in person. No wonder the last location closed.
– Ordered diet soda with no ice. Got extra ice and regular soda.
– Received crispy chicken instead of grilled.
– Order no tomato (due to an allergy), receive tomato. Can’t just pick it off because it’s juicy and touched everything.
– Kids sized/Jr Frosty instead of a small.
With how long it takes to receive orders there is absolutely time to double check for accuracy.
When diabetics receive items that aren’t what they order it impacts dosing of medication. I couldn’t eat the dinner that was paid for because it was so incorrect it would have put my blood sugars so high I would have been suffering for days. A treat every once in a while is something that everyone deserves.

Service and food was incredible. I have been here over 3 times in the last month and every time my food comes out exactly as I would want it to be. I am blown away at how nice and consistent ALL of the employees have been. So far, this Wendys has exceeded my every expectation for fast food. Thank you Wendys team!!!

My husband and I went in on Friday about 1pm for a quick lunch to go. There were 2 cars in the drive thru when we walked up to the door. There were 2 tables already eating and nobody waiting. We stood at the register and proceeded to watch 4 employees behind the counter walk past us. None of them making eye contact or saying anything. We waited for 5 minutes without a word being said to us. We turned around to leave and I said OK, bye. Then an employee turned around and said oh can I help you? My husband said we have been waiting for 5 minutes and you guys couldn’t be bothered so we are leaving. We were so hopeful when Wendy’s came back into town but it looks as though it will have the same fate as the last one. Bad employees ruin business.

Dude, went here on a whim since I was in the area. By far the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. My burgur tasted tangy even though it was just a plain cheese burgur. MY nuggets where just sad, very wet and blad. Didn’t finish any of it. Will not be visiting this one again.

I went to the weston, Wi location. We had 6 burgers and a chili. We got home and they forgot our burgers this was the second time this happened. I went back to get my burger and the manager was telling me that I got the burgers . I could see them seating there under the heat lamp. The day time manager is horrible she needs to get fired. Then someone had there daughter in the back. I told them the employee need to be trained more and the manager walk away. The older cashers was very nice and said sorry a few time.

Waited over 30 minutes for the two combos we ordered. I understand it was during rush dinner hours but the number of mobile orders and drive thru completed while we sat and wait was crazy. Wished they turned up the heat a bit too, as it was too chilly to enjoy the food.
Also, i had to ask for my frosty twice because they forgot about it.

This Wendy’s is the best we’ve ever been to! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Every time we go, the food is HOT and fresh. Never had a bad experience here. The one time something was missing from our order, they made up for it right away. I will always recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. Awesome employees and food.

Everytime I go there the wait using drive thru is long and there is always a I can’t hear you and we have to repeat our order or pull up to the window to order food. There is a volume setting on a headset. There food quality isn’t the greatest either if you’re in a hurry I wouldn’t stop here.

This is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to in a long time, the folks that work there are great, and even though I only am there about once a month they remember me, the food is what I love and they have never disappointed me, always tasty and delicious, brings back memories of my childhood when it was a treat to visit Wendy’s
