U know I let go the lady’s attitude and wasn’t gonna write a review but people need to know. And how can u tell me she didn’t see this when she put it in there anyways they need real people who care about there job and respect there customers.Everytime we go there the food is either not correct missing something or the people are just rude I got greated with a lady that was obviously miserable cuz she’s working there she scans my code I keep my phone next to me with it open cuz I know they don’t scan correctly well after she scans it she says let me see it again it didn’t work keep it accessible and I already knew this so for her to be rude and say this to me in a rude voice with her attitude already messed up I ask for ketchup she gives me it but anyways the reason I’m writing this is cuz I wasent gonna go there cuz Everytime it’s wrong and they get rude with u but I had free fires so I decided to but once again get a person who’s rude and upset Everytime I go there so if u want good food I suggest going to the one at 2858 Fish Hatchery Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53713 cuz not only are they nice and great there customers nice but there very polite and the food omg taste way better cuz they actually care surprisingly I just dont want someone going here with there family and expecting it to be like all the other Wendy’s cuz it’s not these people don’t care and never will so go to Chick-fil-A if u want good food or the one in Fitchburg don’t waste your money or your time here cuz it’s been years and it’s still the same

Bathrooms were nice and clean!! The came out fresh only a small wait. The lobby was really clean too!! The floor was a little sticky in the lobby. But other than that everything was nice and clean. They give you a little for fry’s which is nice. I ordered a medium and it was actually filled up all the way!!

We ordered 3 double stack cheeseburger, fries and a large soda. Got home, only 2 hamburgers were in the bag. We called back and the manager said the cashier entered it in wrong so he was going to do nothing. Cashier provided NO receipt. So I was shorted my burger. Will never go back to that location. Rude and indifference shown from the employee and the manager on duty. Fries were also cold.. the burgers we did get were dry.. serving old food? Overcharged and shorted food.

Ordered ahead of time. Was given a 5 minute timeframe. I showed up 10 minutes later. Told them I ordered online. I sat and waited another 10 minutes before being given our food. I could see the lady who was making our food wiping her nose with tissue and continuing to work. Won’t be going here again.

After getting the initial “we’ll be with you shortly”, I sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes (from 1:10 – 1:15pm on 2/13). Very few cars in the lot and one car sitting at the pickup window the whole time. I just left.

We ordered from them a month ago and received a raw chicken sandwich.
We’ve customer support and the “Distric manager” reached out to us not knowing what the problem was. We responded to their email with picture proof, and just been ghosted. No resolution has been made whatsoever. I manager to get ahold of another customer support worker through social media, and was told that they can’t do much since this is owned by a franchise. The info that I’ve received is a broken link, and no number or any other info, and told that our case is going to be on the highest priority.
Still no word from the franchise owner, district manager, no refunds, and it’s absolutely frustrating.
So be warned, they’re okay selling you or your children raw chicken and absolutely won’t get a refund

Rude staff, mumbling on drive through speaker and gets angry when you can’t hear them. Food was so cold and stale. Just awful experience. Sad considering I remember Wendy’s used to be a damned good meal.

As much as I hate leaving a bad review i have to put this out. I went thru the drive up and ordered a Dave’s double combo. Dave’s Double comes with Cheese l,Tomato . Onions and lettuce. The person asked me if I wanted cheese, hello that’s standard on a Dave’s double. I got home and it didn’t have any Cheese Tomato Onions or Lettuce. Very disappointed

This Wendy’s was different from what I remember. The lady at the counter was a salty old grandmother type person. Not really too nice but definitely in charge. The burger was served so quickly I’m thinking it was made ahead of time. It came very sloppily with lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, mayo and ketchup. Fries on the other hand were perfectly done and had skin left one which I really enjoyed.
