Went to Wendy’s today around 1020 am for some chili. We were told chili is not served until 1030 am. I ordered a sausage and cheese muffin with coffee. I was pretty good. The establishment was exceptionally clean and tidy. The service was professional and to the point, although very little warmth. Not bad. I would go back again for the chili. And the fountain drink machine is fantastic with all the variety of drinks…

Food was cold when we got home, and we live less than 5 minutes from this Wendy’s. Not just figuratively, like the buns were completely cold to the touch and the burgers were lukewarm at best. The drive through attendant was not the friendliest when we ordered either.

I had not been to Wendy’s in a while. I’m glad I went. I thought the food was great, especially the chicken tenders. It was my first time trying them, and I highly recommend. They are more expensive than the chicken nuggets, but it’s worth it. I also recommend the signature sauce to dip them in.
The service was great. I had a very nice cashier and carried on a conversation about what things are good there. Just a very pleasant person to talk to. I don’t know if I should put the first name. I think I will not write it here, but I was quite happy.
For a fast food restaurant, I think Wendy’s has a nice atmosphere. It was clean. I didn’t see anything on the floor. Everything was arranged neatly. I didn’t use the restroom there, so I can’t say how that was.
Overall, I am happy that I went to Wendy’s. I do plan to return to this location in the near future.

The Riot
Terrible terrible terrible. Myself and a coworker went there for lunch today.
A male took our order. Gave us a total cost. We paid. 5 minutes later he comes back to tell us he didn’t charge us for something and now needed a manager to change it. By the way we already waited 10 minutes to get our order taken
Fast forward to the manager coming up. She came up with attitude. I asked about confirming our order. The attitude given back was terrible. I asked for my money back and she gave me a dirty look and I made her aware that it was very unprofessional how we were treated.
As I left she said awful remarks “have a good day stinky, go take a shower”
Francine the manager is who she claimed to be.
Terrible to talk to someone like that, regardless of the day you are having. She did this in front of many customers.

Went there this morning and ask for the fresh food they had available for my Oder. I go to start eating my food and it’s half warm and the bacon was tuff. As if it was over cooked and sitting out for hours I don’t do the review things. But for things to turn around at this place they need to see it from are view. I know the lady that served me and the person that made it wouldn’t be pleased with eat what I had to eat.

The WORST Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. Took over 10 minutes because my sandwich was “coming up fresh”, while the employees stood around talking and were wondering why I was there. While I was waiting, another customer was experiencing a similar issue. Employees did not seem to care at all.

Recently went there, and Wendy’s has shrunken the spicy chicken. This used to be my favorite place to get a spicy chicken but no longer will I go there. One little tiny piece of lettuce and one piece of tomato that didn’t even cover the chicken. McDonald’s McChicken sandwich was bigger than this and I’m paying premium money. So sad, Customer lost.

This Wendy’s is usually halfway decent. Food is fine, service is mediocre but never very friendly. Today they made an unforgivable mistake. I ordered two of their Croissant breakfast sandwiches. After eating all of one and half of the other, I saw mold on the sandwich. This is one of the worst things that a food establishment can do. Hopefully the mold wasn’t on the other sandwich and a half, but I doubt it. Unless you enjoy eating mold, I would strongly suggest avoiding coming to this restaurant. I know I won’t be back again after this.

not sure why literally every DT employee here is over the top obnoxiously rude. it’s really sad because I genuinely love Wendy’s, and I understand people can have bad days, but it’s not just once in a while. It is seriously every time I come here.

Probably quicker going through drive ,because going inside no one helps at the counter everyone is by the drive thru window. Won’t go back to this place hopefully the one by the trucks top is better.
