I went and ordered a large meal and my fries were only half way filled, the burger was not hot or even warm. In this type of business customer service is one of the most important things along with the food. Both were poor.

The customer service here sucks even far as floor managers. I doordash food and waited about 30mins. I kindly called and asked them to remake the food because after 30mins of wait time the food is most definitely cold. The “manager” quickly rushes me off the phone and tells me to contact doordash. Usually this Wendy’s is hit or miss. I sometimes get my food promptly, sometimes not. However, this visit I had on 8/23 I received 9 pieces of saucy nuggets instead of the 10 I actually ordered. I would not usually complain about this sort of thing however the manager seemed very rude in the restaurant and when I got to work and realized I was missing a nugget, I called to complain it seems an employee answered. I told her I was missing a nugget from my meal. She alerted her manager and all I heard was the phone hanging up. ♀️ Very disappointed how rude and uncaring people can be when you’re spending you’re hard earned money to eat at the place their receiving their paychecks. Do better.

i have been sitting in line in this drive through for almost 30 min now. in that 30 min i have only moved up 2 spaces. still have not made it to the window to order yet and the line only had 5 people to begin with. so it’s now 3 ahead of me. just thought i would leave this review now before i pull off. and i am still sitting in the same spot since before i went to search for the place on google and look for where to write this review

They close at 11:00 I ordered at 10:15 and twice my DoorDash driver ended up leaving and not picking it up. If you’re lazy and don’t want to do your job just say that or find a different job.

If you decide to go here… Go for the breakfast… I went here couple of times for breakfast and it’s always good. The service is good too in the mornings, very polite and respectful. Now, during lunch hour it is a bit different. But I will keep all things positive and stick to breakfast.

This is my neighborhood Wendy’s and I like the food. But service is usually extremely slow. Maybe set aside a good 30-45 mins going to the drive thru. On the inside I have encountered quite a few rude and unprofessional employees. I worked for Wendy’s as a teen and what I see at this location was unacceptable back when I worked for the franchise. If you customize your order there is a solid 60% chance they get it wrong. Breakfast was good my first time trying it from this location. Inside is usually fairly clean but always smells like they’ve used old mop water. Could use a ton of improvements.
Updated: 6/25/22 service still a bit slow but definitely more understandable. Quicker than it was so a plus is a plus. Only got a q0 PC spicy nugget meal but it is hot fresh and crispy. Also had a guy working the parking lot sweeping up trying to keep the place clean. I am glad to see some improvements have happened and this location can be headed to a great place I know it could be. Hopefully the positives keep coming and improving. Great job.

Drive thru is open in the morning, they cant keep the place staffed enough to open the lobby until much later. The leadership if this place needs to step it up!

Worst place on earth to eat at.
Me and my husband stopped in on Tuesday for our lunchbreak and when I tell you the staff is so unorganized it’s unbelievable the store manager I believe her name is Angela that manage this store she is HORRIBLE they need to get rid of her asap! She NASTY and Sloppy around customers food and drinks its unbelievable. Who in they right mind as a owner of this place want that person manging your wendys store.
The wait was so long for our lunch we only have a 30 minute we spent the whole 30 waiting if you’re on lunch and want a quick bite Mcdonalds might be a better option this place moves slow you’ll waste your whole lunch break here just waiting alone.
