We had an awesome experience here this afternoon. Food was hot and fresh. The baked potato was soft and fluffy and just honestly delicious. The employees were awesome too. The lobby was quiet except for the music playing over the intercom (it was a little loud but we didn’t complain).

Ms. Judy, Charlene (I don’t know if I spelled it correctly), and all the other workers were amazing!!! This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They were very friendly and kind especially Ms. Judy! Congratulations on her coming 14th year working here!

It’s around 11:37 AM normally when I go to a fast food restaurant, the food is cold. I’m never giving any napkins or condiments but this location the customer service is amazing. The food is piping hot and I definitely found me a location that I will be driving from the inner City Of Milwaukee to come to The staff here at this time of day you guys rock Keep up the amazing work and no matter what nobody says. You guys are doing a great job we all make mistakes, and you won’t be able to make everybody happybut you guys are doing fantastic.

I just left there around 10:40 am, as I arrived to the window the lady didn’t say anything. So I thought maybe she’s having a bad day. Once she gave me my food, I said “thank you” and didn’t hear nothing. I know working at a fast food restaurants aren’t for everyone, but try to make the best out of it.

Extremely disappointed and utterly appalled!! So ordered through the app thinking it would take a step out. I may as well have pulled up and ordered! Confusion when I get to the window about the order. Asking if im uber eats when I clearly told them 3 times it was a mobile order!! It gets better I was then told someone already came and picked that up. How did someone else pick up my personal order unless you messed up?! Seriously get it together its getting rediculous! So the order gets remade great get home and look at my sandwich big problem….I paid for bacon double stacks where is the bacon???!!!! This is not okay in the slightest it needs to be fixed ASAP!

This was by far my first worst experience with Wendy’s I was headed out of town with my grandchildren and daughter for her birthday weekend and I ordered three Biggie Bags and one four for four and the sandwiches we’re poorly made and sloppy their were even cold to taste the chicken nuggets were hard cold and shribbled and the French fries were not fresh and we’re burnt to taste I eat four four four regularly on the north side and theirs are fresh this was a Terrible experience the Supervisor Monica immediately addressed the situation but this ruined our lunch the food was poorly made and at an improper temperature her response was a lunch rush but theirs no way and no excuse for this cold food! One ice cream with a top one with out a top just a Terrible experience anything could have got into my ice cream from passing their long line inside the lobby to exiting the building terrible never again !

Nice Wendy’s here. Good staff that’s friendly and moved quickly through a busy lunch rush. The place is fairly large inside and pretty clean throughout. Good place!

Woman at second window had an attitude pretty much threw Drinks at us. I ordere jr cheeseburger ketchup only… well got home no burger just cheese and ketchup. In all my yrs or ordering this way never had that happen
