Worst time management in the world I stood in line for 1 hour for a chicken sandwich biggie bag I never stood this long and I will not be coming back after they give me attitude after I asked for money back I hate it here not recommending anyone order from here when it’s busy they have bad customer service

Walked in for carry out order around 5:00pm. Expected it to be busy as it was but I had time and patience lol it was the people behind me. So once my order was taken after waiting literally 20mins my food came out after 10 mins. I sat down ate some of my food and left out. The lobby was fairly clean but felt someone should have came out to clean it within the hour I was there.

Super disgusting!! The lobby was full of trash. Always is. The floors were so greasy, that it was slippery getting to the bathroom. Which never has toilet paper. And too many flies to count around the toilet. I used to work at a Wendy’s. And we would’ve never gotten away with it.
