USE CASH ONLY WARNING: I went there 1/11/2026 and swapped my new card for 25$ within hours over 4k was spent at verious stores located on Mayfair rd. I don’t know who the chick with the red locs is at the counter, but she has TERRIBLE customer service skills. She was not helpful in any manner as I was explaining my situation about the food for my son being picked up by a delivery driver when I didn’t order delivery at all… Someone else tried to help, but there was really nothing anyone can do… I know this was not their issue, but her attitude was awful and even when ordering the second time she still was very unhelpful… If this is how the people are i don’t know how they’re still in business

Chili ordered. Did NOT ask for cheese that they decided to add on and charge me for. Order was remade, given to me then she shut the window. I had to literally ask to be reimbursed for the over charge. No apology extended just facial irritation because the order taker can’t hear or is not listening. Got home CHILI HAS ONLY BEANS NO MEAT! Called them twice, no answer. I AM SO DONE. POOR CUSTOMER CARE. DO BETTER!!!

Great customer service…fast and courteous. The fries were fresh which is the best! Crisp Coke and Spicy chicken sandwich. And also enough room to pull in and eat right away. Thumbs up!

Terrible customer service. The cashier does not even acknowledge customers standing at the register waiting to order. I asked her a question several times and she flat out ignored me. Another customer asked her a question and she turned around mumbling with an attitude and intentionally made her wait longer. Wrong person to ever be in customer service anywhere!
