Great experience at the Wendy’s on West North Avenue in Milwaukee! The food was fresh and service was fast, but what really stood out was the worker Israel—he was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. He made the visit even better. Definitely coming back!

Just bought two regular cheese burgers,, my fault I didn’t check before I left. The cheese wasn’t melted and the burger Luke warm. But fast food workers, have nerve to want more money. First of all, most of the time, they’re young and rude, and too lazy to have what they’re getting paid for. Now the Wendy’s in wauwatosa is great, but the north side, please.

Ordered online for drive thru, waited about 20 minutes in line to then be told I needed to go inside. Go inside and waited an additional 20 minutes. They tell me they don’t have my order blah blah blah, then all of a sudden they had it. I 100% understand being understaffed and all that but the guy in front didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and was all
Over the place. There were 8 orders lined up and he was telling people their orders weren’t there when they were bagged and ready to go. There’s no reason why customers are having to guide employees to the correct order. Finally got my order, saucy nuggs meal and some spicy nuggs. Open my saucy nuggs and there’s nothing saucy about them – had to use my own sauce to sauce it up.

Idk if this is an issue with this location or I’m mixing up different locations, and it’s Wendy’s policy now as I’ve experienced this multiple times now, I’m just not sure if it’s been only at this location or across locations, but regardless I went to this location last night and ordered a small frosty at the drive thru and was rang up for a medium, and instead of ignoring it or catching it after the fact, I asked why they did that and the lady got slick at the mouth. She told me it was because they were out of small cups , I said okay just give me a small frosty in a medium cup then, and she replied “don’t you think I would’ve did that, we can’t do that we gotta charge you for the cup…”… Now again I don’t know if this is a policy change, but on every cup they have a secondary measurement line for this very reason and in my previous experiences, if they ran out of a cup size they’ll just charge you for the smaller size and give you the larger one for no additional price, or again just fill the cup to them mark on the cup.

I really just don’t appreciate them up charging me without asking me or telling me beforehand. On top of that I may have reasons for ordering a small. Sometimes I’m picking up food for my dad, who is a diabetic and often on fluid restrictions. In the past I’ve gotten annoyed when they’ve done this and not charged me for it, but now they’re doing it and charging me for i..and it’s somewhat fraudulent.

I ordered two burgers and fries I was served two raw hamburgers. when I took them back they gave me a hard time because i bite off one of the burgers before spitting it out. I was given two more burgers that were raw as well. when I exchanged those burgers their only resolve was to give me my money back. I told the manager I wanted burgers not my money back. while I was at the counter another customer came to the counter with raw burgers and a chicken sandwich as well. I asked to speak with someone because the manager never really said no more than 4 or 5 words to me despite the questions I was asking in an attempt to resolve this problem. when I talked to the person on the phone and explained other customers were having the same problem. she tried justifying it by saying it was because they were aware of my problem when in fact their food was raw as well see pics attached. long story short this place smelled bad, flies everywhere, very poor service and cold fries. the staff insulted me (one of the fry cooks that was not involved with resolving my issue at all). stay away from this place. there is a McDonalds 1 block west of this place. They have burgers that are cooked and not raw and cold.

OMG… I’ve went 3 times to this location over the past year and had to wait 30+ minutes for two meals in the drive through. The service… awful. The staff are miserable and rude.

Waited for 25 minutes in line – only 3 cats in front of me. Then when I got up to the order board, someone cut in front of me (so presumably they would just order at the window making me wait even longer…). Just left and went to McDonald’s down the street.
