Great staff but value food items were pretty disappointing, chicken sandwich patty was literally hard and chewy, burger was good but the patty was super small. It was clean and nice in there but wasn’t very busy during a busy time of day on a weekend.
I’m sure the higher priced items on the menu are better but sometimes people don’t need that much food. I would have had a Baconator if it wasn’t so much. Even the son of the baconator ( bacon cheeseburger ) seemed overpriced for sure. I used to live Wendy’s but at this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if they start shutting down. I believe it’s corporate greed.

The food is great, the atmosphere is good, but the service is HORRIBLE. The workers are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They’re apparently incapable of helping more thn one person at a time, and the last time I went, the worker decided not to take my order because, quote, “I don’t work here”. Never going here again.

I always have a good experience with the workers here, they are some of the nicest customer service personnel I have encountered. The other night I went through the drive thru for a pickup order and Noah helped me out, giving me a leftover coupon and being super kind overall. I felt bad because he gave me a receipt for a survey that I have since misplaced, but keep up the good work! The chicken nuggets were also great and they made my fries fresh.

Personally if I could give the food zero stars I would. Me and my boyfriend got food around 11:40 last night ( January 7th, 2026 ) within a few minutes of us finishing our meal my boyfriend felt sick, an hour and a half later he threw it all up. Within that hour and a half I began to feel ill, rumbling stomach, gas bubbles forming and nausea washing over. By the morning I was drenched in sweat, pale and unable to move from the pain I was having in my stomach. Long story short I ended up being hospitalized and treated for FOOD POISONING! I don’t recommend this location and the food on top of that was barely hot. Extremely dissatisfied and unpleased.

Went here in the morning and got breakfast… went to scan my receipt to earn reward points and it told me I had to wait 24 hours to redeem points bc it can only be done every 24hours. It had been more than 24hours since my last visit. I suspect an employee scanned my receipt with their phone bc it was not handed to me with my card but put in my bag after my card was swiped for payment. I tried calling customer service and they were not help at all. Someone on staff in the morning is commiting FRAUD and THEFT and need to be held accountable. How many customers have they done this to?

Normally I have no issues with this location, until today. I placed an online order and came to pick it up to find a car parked in the drive thru. All the doors were locked as well. Management dropped the ball in terms of staffing and customer communication. I’m assuming there was only one employee working because I could see him sitting in the lobby eating his food and he needed to take a break. I’ve been there and i understand. But what should have happened was online orders should have been turned off. I waited, hoping his meal would be over soon and I could get my food, so I drove around the block. Came back to the employee inside looking around out the front door and a woman at the car in the drive thru. So now I’m confused and annoyed and just want my food. I waited more. Did more laps around the block and still no help. I canceled my order and hope the charge comes off my card.

They need more employees. 2 people to run the whole place the last 4 hrs is a nightmare. Drive thru wait is 30+ minutes. And it isn’t the employees fault . They are working the best the can with what they are given. Do better management!

I was getting my car serviced next door and wanted a healthy bite. Wendy’s actually has really nice salads!!

The apple pecan salad was delicious. It had apples, Bleu cheese, raisins, and fresh greens. There was a huge packet of pomegranate sauce and pecans. And it cost less than $10.
The chili was also really good and pretty cheap.

Wendys is known for their burgers, but wow I will keep coming back for the salads!

And customer service was great and the kitchen area looked clean.

Ok, so Im updating my previous post in regards to this stop! Today was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and it’s just wonderfully confusing! There were only TWO employees behind the counter working the front lobby and drive-thru, two WOMEN I might add at that! Burger was hot and the way I asked for it to be prepared and this is the most important, the cheese fries were FRESH with extra melty cheese like I requested for a cousin who’s in a nursing home nearby with no teeth to help him consume them better! This was such a blessed experience compared to my previous visits in the past leading to my last few posts! Thank you so much for this experience ladies and for the lightning fast speed at preparing my order! Wendy’s focus on hiring more people like these two because WOW

Although the wait was long, food was delicious. We especially liked Lee. He worked so hard and was so pleasant. Although we got a dbl cheeseburger without bacon but requestedbacon, his hard work and positive attitude warmed our hearts. He’s manager material. And please get more help. These young adults deserve more help. It’s not fair they must work so hard. Thank u again Lee, u made the wait worth the wait!
