Cashier was extraordinarily rude when approaching the Drive-Thru window and made the experience terrible. I will advise everyone I know and anyone that reads this to find another Wendy’s to give your service to and let this one fall to the wayside. Don’t hire people who can’t handle customer service, pretty simple way to resolve this.

The kid at the drive through window on the night of November 17th 2022 was out of this world. Very nice, very friendly, very caring about our order and very generous. Simply because there was a wait because they were making our burgers fresh, he added a cookie to each order.
Somebody give this kid a raise and put him as a leader. Superb service.

The person who took my order was very rude. I mistakenly ordered a “basket” instead of a “combo meal”. He told me they didn’t have baskets and walked away to do something else and returned about 5 minutes later. I ordered my “combo” by name instead of number, another mistake. After three tries, I finally ordered my food in a way that was acceptable to him. The wait was about 10 minutes. The food was what I expected.

Guy over the speaker was extremely rude to my wife, so we canceled our order and left. With all the options in this area, there’s absolutely no reason to go here and be treated poorly for low quality food. This guy clearly hates his job and wants to argue with customers. Seeing as the drive through is always empty at this location since I work around here, I’m assuming this is the way they treat all customers. Will not be returning to this location.

After walking in I waited at the counter for 5 minutes and was never addressed by the staff. Three members of the staff including 1 in management (I assume this because the shirt color was different) never said anything. The drive thru was busy and there was 1 family inside waiting for food. I expected to be acknowledged and greeted even if I was asked to wait. I do not plan to return.

Went to drive through where speaker system was not working well. Lady at the window was kind and accommodating. Order took a long time to fill Specifically asked for no cheese on my burger. Plan was to eat while driving. Got up on the highway and find out I have a cheeseburger despite repeatedly reminding no cheese. Clearly could not turn around. Ate it anyway though I did not enjoy it. Just wondering what what would have happened if I was lactose intolerant.
