We go here about twice a week or more. The food quality is always the same, great.
We have never had a bad associate at the drive through window. With the Wendy’s closing on Layton Avenue. The business has picked up here lately. Still, the line moves through fast every time. So I have to hand it to them. I completely recommend this business in every way.

This location is great! I usually eat inside which has a nice atmosphere, is clean, & has a nice temperature. The supplies (napkinsx/ etc) are well stocked too. The bathrooms are generally very clean & are single person bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and get your order right, in the rare event that they don’t, they make it right both quickly & painlessly. A couple of times, the manager went out her way to remedy an issue I had. Awesome location!

Ordered drive through. Got cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with fries. Burger and fries were good. Chicken was incredibly dry like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for an hour.

First of all, upgrade your air filtration system or your hoods, are you hoods even on? The smell inside is unbearable, I don’t even want to say what it smells like, please make sure you put an employee in the bathroom to scrub the gunk and slime on the walls and floors, the place needs a deep clean, where’s the manager? Seems like the manager is dirty because if they were clean the place wouldn’t be looking and smelling like this, anyways, as a local I’m letting Wendy’s know through this review that your store is going down hill because of it can be cleaned better and it can smell much better. Food is good, vibe is good, the decor is nice inside, simple and comfortable.
And also your drive thru is always full of garbage and the drive thru trash is always over filled, send someone to clean up and put a new bag in there. Morning hours are super slow, get your workers to work.

Super cute Wendy’s. We were traveling to/from Indianapolis Indiana and stopped in here to grab lunch on the way. Food was hot and fresh. Staff was super friendly. Really loved the cute little Milwaukee sign on the wall.

Order 3 cheese burgers 2 lg fries. First they forgot 1 fry so I go into the restaurant to get my other fry. The girl at the pick up counter says he had yur other fry. Yeah but he didn’t put it in the bag w/my order!
Get home to find only 2 burgers have meat!! Not sure if they were trying to be jerks because I only asked for cheese, ketchup & of course meat on the 3 burgers?? How annoying & total inconvenience. This restaurant won’t be here very long if this is the way they do business! My second time at this location & both times they forgot items. This happens to be an ongoing issue. I never have this issue w/any other fast food restaurants. I at least get everything I ordered & paid for. Nothing is inexpensive anymore so when u pay for something u expect to get everything u paid for. I don’t know if the staff doesn’t care because u ordered via drive thru & the customer won’t know items are missing or wrong because they are already home? I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s!

I came and spent about $13 on a meal and I asked for barbecue sauce and they said they will not give me barbecue sauce because I have to pay for that. I asked for ketchup I got ignored so I had to walk inside and speak to somebody else to get me some ketchup. I will never recommend this location ever again. I spent over hundreds of dollars for my children to eat there because they have good food and and the drive-through guy. I don’t know where he was either Hispanic or not, but I will never go there again. I’d rather drive all the way to six and Layton

Visited 12/18/23 around 5:30. Got stuck in the drive thru over 35 minutes . Got home and found out the 10 Dollar PRETZEL BACONATOR I ordered was actually whatever this chicken thingy is. Won’t go back done with them…Who wants to start a pool to bet on when this place is gonna close!

People are way too hard on this Wendy’s… and with a minor startup issue, they slam it with a 1 star… sad.
The staff is very friendly, the food is always fresh.
If you have to wait a bit, some things are made to order! Also I agree the start was tricky, but that’s expected, they are all learning, give ’em a break folks. I encourage the new staff to keep working hard, as they are really doing a good job. I would hate to loose this Wendys in my town. It’s a 5/5 Wendys. Period.
Update: Just got breakfast today, new favorite place to get breakfast vs McDonalds (my prior favorite). The breakfast potatoes are very good, and the egg on my sandwich was really fresh. 🙂
Update again! They made me a custom amazing Veggie Wrap it’s amazing 10/10 see my review photo.
