It took over 20 minutes for 2 strawberry summer salads and a bacon pub fry! By the time we got the fries, they were discusting and soggy! We asked for ranch but got the champagne dressing that we didn’t want. I’ve never been so disappointed by a fast food restaurant in my life! I ordered everything on their app. Their dinning room still wasn’t open. It was blazing hot outside 90*+. Thank God I had air conditioning in my car and it didn’t over heat! It had been a long time since I had been to a Wendy’s. It will be a while before I go back again, if ever. Only reason we went was my son and I had just left the Strawberry Festival in Long Grove Iowa and a strawberry salad sounded really good.

Wendy’s has good food. This location has lost my business, again. I stopped coming here 3 yrs ago because we waited 40 minutes for food. This time service was decent. Food okay. But the place is not clean! Carpets covered with crumbs. Tables dirty. Bathrooms filthy. It makes it too easy to imagine the state of the kitchen. Corporate needs to do something. Ugh!

I love Wendy’s, but this store hasn’t gotten a single order right since I moved back in 6 months ago. Fries always more stale and old then fresh. Chicken sandwich 50/50 dried out. Always missing a sauce, sandwich change, or drink is incorrect. The microphone on the drive through also causes issues.

The line can get a little backed up here creating longer waits at peak times, but they usually can get through them pretty quick. The food here has always been what Wendy’s has led me to expect from their advertisements and it doesn’t disappoint.

The young man that assisted me at the register in the drive-thru was very personable and helpful. The woman that issued me my order at the next window was a very happy person with a bubbly personality to match. I complimented her on the amazing fascinator she was wearing. She seemed to appreciate that I knew what they were called. She shared with me that she makes them herself. This was an awesome experience. My compliments to the managing staff for hiring a great crew.

Fries were hot and tasty, and the salad and fries were better than average. Our daughter thought the vinegarette was too sweet. Burgers looked a little tired but we didn’t stop to eat until after 8, so guessing that’s not the norm. Had a pop machine with all the possible mixes, so great for those who love that. Decor and carpet were a little tired, too, but it was mostly clean and neat if not eye catching, and it is fast food not fine dining. Service was ok, not great– not terrible…ketchup containers were empty and kid meal toys gone above age 3…but again, it was a Sunday at 8 so maybe not normal…stop and see what you think.

I went to this Wendy’s to get food the other night and no one would answer when at the drive thru. A car drove up before me and ended up leaving, and then when I got up there, I was looking at the menu and no one greeted me or even asked me about what I would like to order. There were four cars behind me and I don’t believe they got assisted either. I drove by the windows thinking maybe it was closed (it was around 11pm), and I seen three employees just in there just hanging out, no one wearing a headset or even cleaning! I ended up just leaving because they clearly did not want business

I stopped here about 10:30 pm on Saturday night and ordered a large order of fries. When I drove off and started eating them, they were cold. Not hot, not even warm, but cold. Very disappointed. Also, was not given a receipt. I won’t be going here again.
