the pop fountain was out of ice, all the pop tasted like rootbeer. they were beefin about dropping 2 baskets of fries instead of 1 and a half: but still managed to serve us old fries. very nice staff, seemed like the location doesn’t see a lot of dine in, but had a very steady flow of window and door dash business. Recommend if you need some Wendy’s and are on the west side, but you gotta take it somewhere else for a pop you’re gonna want to drink.

Ordered a small chilli
They only filled the cup up half way so I got an extra small chilli for the price of a small .
Tasted good though.

My husband went thru drive thru Friday night. We live like 7 mins from the restaurant. By the time he got home, we both had cold burgers, and my patties were hard, dried out and overcooked. It was like they threw the patties back on to reheat them. My nuggets were still hot, and my fries were pretty warm. How hard is it to get a FRESH, HOT burger to go?!? Tried to call up there. She said we could come back up for new ones. Problem is, my husband just got home from a job 20 mins away, and wasn’t worth going back up for burgers to only have them cold again when he got them home. I can’t drive right now. Said to call the Store manager in morning. Said hell with it. This is twice we have gotten cold burgers, we are just done with them.

I went through the drive through and French fries tasted like they have been sitting there for Several hurs and were ice cold? The chicken nuggets were partially cooked. And cold The hamburger tasted like it was made yesterday. I will never eat at Wendy’s again because of this experience it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had in my life. How do employees serve food tat they would not serve to a rat? One of the chicken nuggets was all flour/breading. Do not ever eat at west locust Wendy’s!!!!!@@

I normally don’t do reviews for fast food, but this is probably the number one Wendy’s that I have ever been to. They took my order. They were very nice, I didn’t wait long, which was what scared me at first cause. I thought I was about to get some old french fries – But everything I got was cooked fresh! I stopped going to Wendy’s for almost 2 years due to a bad experience I had at the Wendy’s on 53rd street in Davenport Iowa. I needed a quick snack before work meeting, and I went through the drive-through here at this location on Locust. Honestly, I wish I would’ve gotten two orders of fries and two orders of chicken nuggets because they were crispy. They were fresh and they were hot!
