Wow! Floors had so much residue on them from too much chemical being used it was like an ice skating rink. I helped 2 older ladies to their seats so that they wouldn’t slip and hurt themselves. They were not busy. 5 people on shift. 15 minutes for food, that let’s face it, we all know is precooked. And it would have been longer if I would have stayed to wait for nuggets. And get rid of the 100 choice beverage dispenser. Jesus f*#k. Worst Wendy’s ever.

Just sat in their drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for any sort of response. Nothing, no response whatsoever, so assumed speaker was broken and drove up to their drive up window. The guy there told me I had to pull back around due to their policy. Drive thru now had 4 cars in line… a joke.

Inside is always sticky like it hasn’t been mopped in years, the condiment station is unkempt 85% of the time,there are a few staff members that are worth anything and location seems to have a very high turn over rate, alot of the employees put in below the minimum amount of work needed…yes you work fast food but it is still your job to preform, the staff that do show up to work look frustrated and overworked seeing that they have to cover many jobs of those that just showed up waiting to be fired,have seen large scale staff fights and rewarded with expired coupons for my inconvenience (although dinner and a show is well worth the price of admission), pop machines are either broken or barely stocked with any flavors, srandard Wendy’s fair about of the numerous staff problems.

This is by far the worst Wendys I have been too. The first time I thought it was a fluke that the lady was rude, but I have come to realize that this is an ongoing theme here. However, I don’t blame the employee’s this is definitely a leadership issue. Everyone seems like they are unhappy being at this place, and I gotta say every time I’ve gone there I left unhappy too.
