I’m not sure what happened here. Few years ago this place was top notch. Staff was amazing. Place was clean. But now it’s pretty rough. Service is subpar with minimal friendliness. The place is dirty with trash under things. Not really worth it for the price. Sad…I miss the old service and food

First ya’ll basically put an ice tray in my drink (that was super watered down), then you also don’t even fill my Frosty all the way . The fries were barely even warm. The only redeemable thing was that the Dave’s Triple was good. I’m asking for no ice next time ♂️.

Walked in, by the time i got to the counter everyone behind looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me or my family. Was greeted after a man in a red shirt approached the counter. Spent $21 on less than luke warm food, ketchup was out but was presented with packets. Floor in bathroom was slick, soap dispenser was seemingly falling off the wall. All around bad.

Stopped in for a burger for my wife, the two jokers in drive thru were in the parking lot goofing off and trying to take our order. I’m sorry, but if I have to wait for the clowns to get inside before my order is entered, how can I possibly trust that they aren’t going to mess up my order. Therefore I never ordered and just pulled away, and went down the street to Culver’s.

This took the cake so here’s my honest review . My wife brought me this because I ask for no ice, and when she asked why it wasn’t full the lady said that’s what it is because “no ice”. As if there isn’t a button to manually fill it up. I subject myself to this place far too often, as maybe once a month is more than the amount of business they deserve. It seems the requirement for employment is to be as crusty and depressed as possible. You have to treat your customers as if they are scummy beggars who pay you for what you call service. This place is an embarrassment and the owners should be so ashamed of the atmosphere they create with the people they choose to employ.

Definitely ordered the wrong thing and the manager JOE was so AWSOME!!!!! Even though it was my fault he still compensated me and gave me 2 large frostys and 2 10 piece nugget!!!!!!! And he had a really great attitude THANKS JOE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
