We were looking for a sweet treat and wanted figured a Wendy’s frosty fit the bill. They used to be thick with more a frosted texture but any more they are like soft serve which was fine.
I should have just declined when I saw the 4 frosties sitting on the counter for the order ahead of us. They looked soft but I thought maybe they had been sitting there a while as we did not see them being made.
Nope, apparently that is how they were that day. We were given spoons but also took a straw. We ended up using the straw and drank it. The frosty just slid off of the spoon and we were driving so we skipped it. It was tasty but a super disappointment for our last treat of our trip. 🙁 Check out your machine!

Called a day in advance to let them know I would be bringing in a group of 18 people and they offered to rearrange the lobby for us to be seated near one another. We arrived and the lobby had been arranged for us to sit together. They also appeared to have called in extra help as the orders were ready within 2 mins of ordering. The customer service was 10/10

I stopped late, so they were hoping to wrap it up my spicy chicken sandwich was amazing! Very hot and tasty. My fries were abismal. They were cold and all the fry pieces collected thru the day were scraped into my box (see the pic). They were disgusting and the crew had to know that. The gentleman at the window was very pleasant and very helpful. Greatly appreciated him and the hot chicken sandwich late in the night.

I sat in the drive through line for almost 30 min just to get home and have only half of my order right. It wasn’t even a hard order, 2 burgers combos, drinks and 2 frosties. Got home to find 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich, and one wrong frosty. How hard is it to put the right premade food in a bag?!

The worst in the whole world…. Didn’t get not one of the sandwiches I paid for…. im 8 months pregnant and live far away they expected me to turn around and get my food…. Asked for a refund and was told the gm does that Wednesday its Sunday… at 9:55 bull…. the manager is a Joke the order was 26.76 im so mad

Dirty. We were the only people dining in and had trouble finding a clean table. While waiting for our food we could hear the employees in back talking about how much they hate working there. It really showed. Burgers were almost soggy. We took a chance being from out of town, but definitely won’t go back if we are in town again.

Sat for 10 min nutes with no one ahead of me 5 cars behind. Window person kept saying to wait a minute. Spicy chicken was overcooked like a piece of leather. Will never go to Wendy’s again.

Food was typical and so was service. The concern with this location was the amount of black mold growing on the ceiling. The ceiling was dripping, tiles were wet, and there was fuzzy black all over. I’m the bathroom, toilet paper was out, and on the rail was toilet paper that looked like was once in a puddle. Discolored and black. Multiple health risks were blatantly ignored at this location.

Misfortune awaits lucky you the sign reads as you walk into the Wendy’s and misfortune it was. As soon as you enter the restaurant, the smell of sewage overwhelms you. The service was a bit slow, although our was accurate. The soda dispenser had no ice or carbonation and apparently had been non working for a bit. Are you lucky or unfortunate? Enter at your own risk.
