Tried to get some food, there was one car in the drive thru, was told to hold on seven minutes later still nobody would respond so I drove across the street to Chick-fil-A. Got my food in less than seven minutes with 15 to 20 cars in the drive-through. You’re not making any money when you can only serve one car every 20 minutes so continue to allow your customers to go elsewhere. There’s plenty of opportunities that would be happy to take my money.

The best experience I’ve gotten going to ANY Wendy’s in the country (it’s my favorite restaurant to go) the black guy working here with the gold tooth was actually the nicest person ever. He goes by unc and I’m not sure if he’s the manager or a regular team member but he’s amazing nonetheless. I would come back for the food but I would REALLY be coming back for the service

On Monday 11/04/25 At 11pm, I stopped by the establishment, which closes at 12am. My order came out to be $80. When I drove up to the window, I was shocked to hear the staff using profanity and throwing objects, apparently because of my substantial order. If employees are unhappy with their jobs, I think it would be best for them to quit and let someone else who is eager to work take their place. I can assure you that I will not be returning, which I believe is harmful to their business.

I went in around 3 o’clock. I was told that their system was down parked in the parking lot. They took three other cars orders so I pulled up. They finally took my order. They pulled us to the side. Had us waiting outside for 10 minutes not only did they forget about serving us our food we had to call them to remind u pulled us outside . They served us old food so we then had to go back in and get our order remade that took another five minutes And then they were out of everything we were asking for they were moving like snails in there. I don’t know, but they need new people.

WORST ever experience on 8/19 PM manager.
Drive through forgot my sandwich, $30 order, got home 10 minutes away and realize. I called them and told them, their question “you are coming back tonight?” Absolutely I am. I drove 10 minutes back. Manager was rude when I exclaimed all the rest of my food is cold at home now. This was the only hot food I ate out of $30

Just wanted a burger and fries… instead I had to listen to the manager complain and complain about costs and how they need to educate the customer.

Picked up my mobile order at about 10pm, they had me pull up and wait for 10 mins, only to give me very cold stale salted fries when I ordered no salt. It’s really sad when grown adults can’t get the simplest things right in life. I’d rather highschool kids make my order. People are sad these days smh

Waited in order line for 5 minutes just to place my order and another 10 minutes to get my order. You would think waiting that long that the food would have been hot. It wasn’t! Cold and soggy.

I specifically ordered the seven dollar biggie bag that has the bacon double burger, the burger did not have bacon and I specifically said no onion and it had onion…
When the young man handed me the bag with my taco salad, as you can see by the pictures, it had food on the bottom, which was chilly. I set the bag on my lap to check the contents, and the chili got on my pants… when I told the young man I wanted to talk to the manager he slam closed the window and then came back and said pull up!
The shift manager came out she was rude horrible body language never apologized never said I was sorry just simply what can I do for you, sir ?!.

They got the order wrong, the toppings, wrong sloppy food on the packaging that then got on my clothes had to be washed … and the 12 year olds do not care did not care were rude and just wanted me to go away!
By the way, they did not give me a receipt so I had to call back in to the angry 12-year-old manager and give her specific information and ask for the general manager to call me, but I do not trust that she will pass along the information so I will call again tomorrow …
When you pay $16 for two meals and they don’t give you what you ordered as well as prepare them so sloppy that the external bags get food on your clothes, how would you react ?!.
