This place is defiantly going under. I gave it a third chance for breakfast. I was waiting in the drive through after my order mind you for 25 minutes. They have a one man crew so I don’t blame him. You could tell he was frustrated and panicking. I watched 2 cars pull out of the line and drive off. Sad, because it’s the only Wendys in CB. If you do not want to be late for work this is not your breakfast place. I forgot to mention that I had a two dollar off a combo on my app. He scanned it, but I never got my receipt and then when I look at my bank app nope, no two dollars off.

Just left the drive thru, with my cold Son of Baconator that was probably ripping hot when they quenched it in the pool of mayo, ketchup, and whatever other condiments they Drowned my sandwich in. Im almost afraid for my Sister to open hers she asked for extra mayo.
Other than that its a newly renovated place, at least the facade is, the rest if the property has seen better days.
One positive is the worker taking the order was very professional and polite… missed an order of fries, but they were nice.

Ordered through the app which was easy enough, service was fast and the employees were very nice, but the burgers were drier than the Sahara desert making them taste like cardboard. Also I ordered iced tea and got sugar water instead. For how expensive fast food is today I would expect fresher food at least.

They were super busy tonight, as usual. However, I was informed they are under new management, saw them pulling out grills and miscellaneous items to deep clean, Atreyu was very transparent every step of the order about the status of their current state. Very kind and patient.

My family has eaten a lot of meals at this location over the years, but I will never eat here again. As a delivery driver, I opted out of the last 3 orders from there, after watching the employees fumble around with the orders, seemingly incapable of determining which items went with which order. Orders are often wrong, or extremely slow. I stopped accepting orders from them a while ago. It would be better for ownership to start over, or leave CB altogether.

Place is very cold walking into (37°F outside), waiting over 5 min just to order, didn’t take long to get my food but: fries were barely half full, took a bite of my nuggets and found a hair COOKED INTO the nugget, getting my drink my hand was sprayed by the syrup and is now stained, and the burger I got was gressy, didn’t taste right and another person who ordered before me was given a half cooked RAW Burger! Ended up just barely sitting down before I found the hair and was too cold to stay and “eat” my “food” before I just left because of other customers complaints about the food and it being warmer outside than inside the restaurant. I deliver for doordash and now im concerned about the food I’m delivering!!! Wasn’t impressed and will no longer eat here again (was my first visit as a customer!)
Update: went to the store to let someone know and talked to GM. She was made aware of some issues that happened yesterday and fixed them. Soda machine was broken and no one bothered to do anything about it, food wasn’t being cooked properly and some staff needed to have a talking. Things will be changed. I will do doordash, but will no longer eat here.

There was one car on the drive thru. It took over 10 minutes for someone to take their order. Once I got to the intercom I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order before I just left. There was no more than 2 people eating inside. The poor guy working the drive thru said they’re severely understaffed.
If they’re so understaffed that they’re unable to take 2 orders within half an hour than maybe a change is needed? Unreal!

My girl ordered a baconator with no mayo. Got home and the sandwich didn’t have bacon on it. Went back to the store to correct the order and the manager tried to intimidate a woman for their mistake. They did end up fixing the mistake but not without dissatisfying a paying customer even more so. Wendy’s is alright in my book but this location on broadway is trash. The service was trash the food was trash and the customer service absolute trash.

First the line through the drive took a 1/2 hour with 5 cars ahead of us is ridiculous! Then when we get our drinks we expected straws in the bag and we realized after we drive off there were no straws or napkins. We were missing most of the dipping sauces from our order and the fries were barely warm and tasted like they had been sitting there a while. We were told they had no frosty’s and when we asked for ketchup they said they didn’t have any. We will not go back to this sad location Wendy’s corporate needs to shut this place down!!
