The lady at the counter is extremely rude and snapped at several elderly people who didn’t understand the kiosk. The bathroom had no paper towels and unclean. Would 100% recommend going to McDonald’s across the street over here.

Went to order a burger and shake. They informed me it would B over 25 mins for my order. They informed me they had 3 customers ahead of me and there was only 2 people working at the time. Informed them I couldn’t wait for 25 minutes for a take out. Asked them why they had only 2 people working during a dinner time time of day. They indicated that a couple of people just quit and they could not find anyone else to work there. She offered me a Job, but told her I already had one. Went across the road to Love’s Gas Station and there was no one behind the counter. There was a Gal stocking the shelf and I asked her if she could check me out so I could leave. Asked her where R the other people working there. Her response was a couple of people just quit and she qas the only one doing everything there. Told her it’s really hard to find people that actually want to work for money anymore. Seams a good part of our Society doesn’t want to work and looking for easy money.

Excellent service from the staff. My hands were full with the drinks, and I tried to grab the tray of food to make just one trip to the table. Needless to say, I was having a hard time. One of the workers came and took the tray to the table for me. After everyone was done eating, my husband and daughter took the grandkids out to get them buckled in the car seats, etc, while I cleaned up. Again, I tried to do this all in one trip. I got to the trash can, and as I was dumping the trash in, I dropped my cup of soda all over the floor. I asked the worker for a mop so I could clean my mess. He came out and said he would take care of it for me. The part I want to praise was the attitude. They were polite and nice and did not try to make me feel bad about the spill.

Got Wendy’s while traveling, so went through the drive thru. We’ve got a dairy allergy in the family, so we asked about their buns. The gal seemed annoyed that we asked and responded that they were not dairy-free. No big deal, we had a plan b. Ordered the saucy nuggets as a meal. She responded “it doesn’t come as a meal”. There was a “make it a combo for $4.50” right by the saucy nuggets.. so we asked if we could make it one. She grumpily responded with “yes…”. Then I’m pretty sure she added the fries and drink separately instead of the $4.50 combo, because the math wasn’t mathing. We didn’t get a receipt, so can’t verify that. Then when we got the food, the fries were just thrown in and the saucy nuggets lid wasn’t on, so bbq sauce got spilled everywhere. The food was tasty, the experience was less than impressive. I would definitely be hesitant to return to this location.

I don’t have a Wendy’s where I live I thought it’s been a long time since I’ve been to Wendy’s. So I stopped at the one in Clear Lake Iowa with my family. The spicy chicken sandwich along with french fries. The sandwich with cold and nasty and tasteless I took back my fries and medium and said excuse me and I was very nice about it I said these are cold. 20 minutes later we finished eating. And still no replacement fries we just walked out and left the last time I went to a Wendy’s was a few years back in Mason City Iowa and their food was absolutely delicious and nice and hot Clear Lake needs to learn how to do better. Absolutely disappointed felt like I got ripped off because of an inferior product.

Unimpressed. Soda fountain out of majority of options. Food missing from order and manager refused to believe it. I had to escort him to the table to check out the order. Unclean and overpriced. Unless you are coming for a special deal I would avoid this one.

This is ridiculous. Did a mobile order probably 15 minutes ahead of time and when we got to the drive through there was even a greeting or response saying we’ll be right with you. Pulled up to the window and waited 10 minutes behind two cars in line, waited another ten minutes before they opened the window for us. After all that we tell them our name and wait another 5 minutes before they hand us THE WRONG ORDER. Five more minutes and we finally get our food which was over priced anyways. Not sure how i could ever convince myself to go back.
