I had the Chicken Lettuce Wrap and was very satisfied. The lettuce was fresh and crisp, and there was a lot of chicken.
The restaurant is very clean from the dining room to the back kitchen. The restroom felt like a sauna, and I like that very much.
It has wrap around parking lot, which includes two (2) disabled parking spots.
I love the decor, especially the “W” on the island table. There is a variety of seats from benches, islands, tables for 2 or 4 or more, round or square-shaped to a cozy soft chair beside a fireplace screen.
The staff is great – some being friendlier than the rest.

It is easier now to get into Wendy’s on South Federal in Mason City. More of the road work is completed. Got a Dave’s Triple and tried the new chicken tenders…both were great, fresh and hot. Staff was on top of it too.

I was nervous about how long it would take to get food, as the drive thru line was around the building and to the street. The line moved pretty good though! It was different to see such nice landscaping and a fountain while waiting! The cashier, order-taker and person who gave me my stuff were all pleasant and were smiling. My order was correct and I was not disappointed!

Great food, but the wait half the time is insane. Espically with the drive through they can be absolutely horrible, a lot of the time not even grabbing you at the order speaker you need to go up to the window yourself. They also have a pretty big problem with closing the lobby early making it a problem to try and get food while on foot or biking.
Usually woulda given this place a four star ignoring all of this mess but they just recently removed the only item worth going there for. It’s sad to see the ghost pepper chicken sandwich go 🙁
