Food was good and the store was clean. However, the two employees taking orders looked like they were about ready to fight. Didn’t led to a great experience for me when I was ordering or getting my food. Also, not Wendy’s ability to fix, but the other customers inside were quite rude. Literally had a ‘lady’ tell me to move and get out of her way. For the drive through, great place, but I won’t eat here or get take out again (had a trailer on my truck and needed the restroom which is why I didn’t use the drive through).

Worst experience ever at a wendy’s. The soda machine was leaking all over the floor. The drive through gets priority over dine in so the dine in orders are made ad-hoc. Our order, the first sandwich sat for 10 minutes waiting the rest of the order. My hamburger was cold. My fries were cold. We had to go back three times to get our baked potato that we ordered.

Tried to get a $5 biggie bag upgraded to a medium and was told that I can not. I’ve done it numerous times before then, don’t know what changed there. And I couldn’t go inside because the doors are locked at 6:30pm.

Waited over 15 minutes at the counter. No one took an order. Mostly filling out delivery orders. Employee came to PoS, I asked to order . Was told to wait longer. Line was getting longer behind me. Many left. I do not recommend this wendys if you have kids. Plenty other options to choose in the area.

Atrocious service even to fast food standards. Order taken in drive through the person was curt, did not repeat the order. The order was wrong and when I called for a refund they refused. Plenty of better places in the same center.

Ehh it’s Wendy’s and it’s fast food. If you’re in a pinch and need something quick they got you. But employees are pretty clueless when you ask them about the fruit of the day. It’s literally on their menu but I had to point it out to two different employees, each looked at me dumbfounded. One of them told me they just put that up there on the menu but don’t really have any fruit.. really?? Then another employee says, we got apple slices, you want those? Uhm yes.

The service was terrible. The food was undercooked. We became sick after eating it. They didn’t have baked potatoes at 12:00 noon on a Saturday. What is that about. Will not go there again and I will tell everyone I know how bad it was. I don’t understand how employees can look like they were dressed out of the dirty laundry! Total bad experience!

I can’t really recommend this place at the moment. It’s not the food or the people either. It’s their parking lot. You are going to lose an axle driving through it. The potholes are so big it may very well ruin your tires. Even going up to the pay window there is a big pothole that you have to drive thru. Until they get this fixed, I would steer clear of this place.

While doing Door Dash the past couple of weeks during the last hour they are open, they always seem to have issues where their system has “crashed” and will take 5-10 mins to restart or on 3/30 “we are only taking online orders” its like the people working don’t want sales so they can clean earlier and leave right at midnight. I’m always hesitate to accept Door Dash orders from this location anymore.
