Honestly this was a pretty bad experience.
The floors were dirty and the bathrooms were gross. No paper towels, and it looked like nobody cleaned it for a while. Not a great look.
The food was barely warm. Like… how is fast food not even hot? ♂️
The kids working the counter were on their phones half the time and didn’t seem to care. The manager said sorry, but that was about it. Nothing actually got fixed.
Overall just sloppy and disappointing. Do better.

Wanted a Biggie Bag but they don’t swap out the small fries and a chili… don’t like the fries so I went with a small chili. First location I have ever been too that won’t swap it…small fries are a whole 50¢ cheaper.
The chili also was cool, very watery and needed more beef…what is up with that? I placed multiple cracker packs in it to make it as watery.

We had a good meal. The chicken nuggets are spectacular for fast food. The only downside was that I didn’t get my craft lemonade like I asked and Instead got a soft drink. Amazing nevertheless.

I went through the drive thru had 2 orders got to the window and paid for the orders two other employees came to the window to ask me for payment then they hand me 3 bags and say that’s all your order and I said hold on I looked in the bags and that was just one order then we got the second order pulled up to check and make sure we had everything but didn’t then we left to head home and realize that. What we ordered and what we got was not what we ordered and the wrap had a hair in it sad $52 waisted

If I could do 0 stars I would. I used to work here and I am supposing that’s why they refuse to give me the right food, but they claim because I complain so often about my food being messed up. I wouldnt complain so often if my food wasn’t messed up so often. I ordered on doordash and my complete order was wrong. I ordered a junior cheeseburger add tomato two of them actually a bacon double stack add Mayo add lettuce no onion a cheese potato with butter a bacon and cheese potato add chives at sour cream and a strawberries salad. My salad did not come with the almonds my bacon and cheese potato chives and sour cream did not have the chives and sour cream. My cheese potato didn’t come with butter my bacon and double stack add Mayo add lettuce no onion came with no maya no lettuce and onion and my junior cheeseburgers came with no tomato. This is the last time I will order since they refuse to give me the right food. And I suggest if you like wendys and getting the RIGHT food. To go to a different locatIon. Also Escanaba Wendy’s is run by the same ignorant people.

Third time at this location and found another hair in my sandwich! Three times is a charm, most of all the employees are dirty, half asleep and pretty sure they don’t wash their hands. Prove me wrong please!!! Wendy’s is my only favorite fast food so this place is very disappointing
