My chicken sandwiches were hot and crispy. The chili was great too. First time ordering from here and the staff at the drive thru windows were all nice and friendly and very quick. My order was correct. I used a coupon so my $14 order came out to around $7.50. Definitely would order here again.

Their food is cheap and pretty good, but they’re deceptive on their hours. I was getting done with some work around 2:30 AM Saturday night leading into Sunday morning, and they turned out to be closed, even though their site says they are open 24 hours on Saturday. They should change their site and sign for such blatant deception. Otherwise, their food us good and their staff is friendly.

Service took 3 times as long as it would take at a McDonalds during rush hour with employees standing around in the lobby doing nothing. They messed up the frosty and offered the messed up one at no cost. They put the wrong flavour of frosty in it. Got back to the car and there was frosty coming out of the cup. It took me until half my car and my pants were covered in frosty until i realized the the side of the cup was cracked and split open. There were no napkins in the bag. The ONE time I needed napkins in the bag, and there were NONE. My khakis are ruined. The rest of the food was okay.

Edit: Changed from 2 stars to 1 star. Just threw up my frosty and chicken sandwich.

Haven’t been able to use the mobile app to get any biggie bag other than the 2 junior bacon cheeseburger one since they removed the saucy nuggets from the menu. This has been a known glitch for several months, and instead of fixing it, more sponsored celebrity meals get added.

We did a mobile order and it was done within about 3 minutes of placing the order, I didn’t go inside so Idk how it looked, but the service was fast and friendly and the spicy chicken sandwiches were DELICIOUS. Perfectly cooked, tasted fresh, the chicken was nice and juicy, the breading was crispy, absolutely nothing to complain about. My husband said the young woman behind the counter was very nice as well. 10/10 would visit more often if I lived locally.

My wife ordered breakfast through the drive thru. Got home and we were missing items. Called to let them know and was going to pick up the missing items. They said we couldn’t. The best they could do is put her name in the book because they stopped serving breakfast. It was 10:31. They stopped serving 1 minutes before. The food we did get was stale and cold. I would not recommend their food or their service. You pay way too much for bad food to begin with and to not get what you paid for is just plain robbery, especially when they refuse to replace it.

I cannot begin to tell you what happened here last night on Jan. 30 2025. We waited 40 minutes for our food. FOURTY MINUTES. For burgers and fries. They had about 79 people working in the back too (who were mostly laughing and singing) while myself and a few other frustrated customers were waiting in the lobby for our food. How could this be? I work in the customer service industry so I am very forgiving when it comes to this type of stuff but a 40 minute wait for this type of food is unheard of and uncalled for.

The kid working the cash was OUT and offered no help or even an apology for what was going on and the woman who appeared to be the supervisor was not too nice at all. When we finally got our food the burger buns were stale, the meat was dry and the fries were ice cold. You’d think after all that time the food would be tip top terrific right? NOPE. After everything was said and done including ordering, payment, waiting forever and finally eating we were at Wendy’s for an hour. We spent an hour at Wendy’s. What a disaster of a visit. Myself and my friends will never be back to this location. We should have went to a different restaurant. Deplorable.

Weird, that they were out of bbq and ranch sauce. Also didn’t have lettuce on hamburgers and didn’t say anything about it. Service a little slow but still good food despite being out of everything.
