Went through the drive-through after morning class at the college ordered chicken tenders, loaded, fries, and chili. I live over by Mio. The chili was more like a soup very disgusting not sure if that’s how they serve the chili now, but I definitely will be checking it out prior to moving from the drive-thur. I do have a video, however, unable to upload that.

Have been here a few times as I get some food before heading south and it seems like half the time it’s ok the other half it’s awful . Recent trip I got the $8 two cheeseburger meal . It was disgusting. The meat was warm , the bun dry and the cheese was cold like it was just pulled out of the fridge and not even stuck to the meat . I literally flung the cheese off both of them out the window. The fries were rhe soggiest fries I have ever got from this Wendy’s , the only thing that was good was the pop .
Place is almost never busy so it’s pretty frustrating when I go and get food I’m sure none of the employees would eat themselves, I’m sure they make it fresh and hot for them. Sadly I’m down to one more bad experience to never return, I used to love Wendy’s but it seems the quality is down everywhere.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to 20 minute wait on four people. I would rather go to a sitdown restaurant I would get my food faster. I will never come to this Wendy’s again.

Stopped in today for lunch at 11:58 AM on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. I walked up to the doors and the doors were locked. Sign said they opened at 11 AM. I saw employee sitting around inside and a manager on a laptop that didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I hopped back in and went through the drive-through. The drive-through sign was on. I asked if they were open. Somebody from inside responded and said they opened at 12 PM. It was 11:59 AM. I left and took my business elsewhere.

Ordered online for carry out in the lobby. When I got there at 2:40pm on a Friday, all of the doors were locked and there was someone sleeping with their head on the table. When I knocked on the door she looked annoyed and motioned with her hand to go around. People in the drive through were the ones who actually told me the inside is closed

It’s Wendy’s. You get what you expect. They normally have good service, but hit or miss if you have any special requests for your order. Double check if you give any special requests for sure.

Wendy’s of Grayling,MI is the worst location to go to. The food was not properly made, and the service from the staff there is terrible. Actually, any fast food chains within Grayling are terrible. Would highly suggest driving on to the next possible location.

Terrible service. Waited forever for cashier to figure how To upload and cash out mobile order. She started helping me before finishing guys order ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes or more and 3 people walked out and left. She did offer me a free frosty for the trouble, but I declined it.
