Had to wait for Interlochen workers to get back in the building to Serve the food we ordered. minus −1 fry and all straws. The worker didn’t want to give me either of them and gave me a bunch of attitude. Should have better service for the price!!

Flies, flies, flies. The service was good food tasted good and was fresh, but this place is dirty. The floors, and tables had a layer on them and we got here before 11:00am. None of the glass doors or windows have been cleaned in God only knows how long. Not sure we will be back.

I’m doing 4 stars because the other time I had asked for extra pickles I only ended up with 2 pickles on my burger. This time when I went and asked for extra extra pickles they actually gave me like 8 pickles and I was extremely satisfied and happy with what I got. 10/10. They were very nice and relatively quick with the amount of people ahead of me etc. Pretty good service here I’d say compared to other places

I just waited 6/9/2023 for 37 minutes to get my $5.30 order. The food was fine but the little old lady ran circles around the others there. I watched for a minute and a half as another lady scooped 2 scoops of cheese onto baconator fries. Asked to cancel my order as my lunch was over, they said “no, we don’t do that.” I get being short staffed but I got there at 12:42 and walked out food in hand at 1:17. Ridiculous.

The employees behind the counter seem to be struggling on the day we were there. We ordered two hamburgers, one fry, one drink at the counter and waited for a little over a half hour to receive them. The dining area was generally cluttered and did not appear to be clean. As we were just traveling through the area, I cannot say whether or not this is the norm.

I went inside and ordered the 4 for $5. Service was fast. The toppings were chilled but the burger was slightly warm, making for a cold sandwich. The nuggets were alright, the fries were warm but could be crispier. The cashier looked bored (it was slow) she could have been sweeping (the floor needed it). Some tables should have been wiped down along with the pop machine.

Went through the drive through. Friendly staff, not a long wait time even though they were busy with the tail end of lunch rush. They made sure to remove the items I didn’t want on my burger. Food was excellent, cooked to my satisfaction. Price was fair.

First the restaurant was filthy, the inside and outside. Trash was so full of was falling on the ground. Huge wet spot in the floor by the drink machine. The staff seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They got our order wrong twice, ordered a bacon at or the second time and they gave us very undercooked burger with only mustard. Also the bathroom was disgusting. Will never go back to that location.
