Warrior Strafe
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich by itself and some nuggets. They gave me the nuggets, but they forgot to put my spicy chicken sandwich in the bag. Instead, they put some fries in there.

When I went back to let them know they forgot my sandwich, the cashier was nice and handled it politely. However, the cook who makes the chicken sandwiches came out and said that he put it in the bag and that it was at the bottom. When I told him there was nothing there, he repeated that it was in the bag, basically implying that I had hidden it or was trying to get free food.

That really upset me. The way he acted was disrespectful and unprofessional. I asked for a refund and returned the food. Nobody is going to accuse me of trying to steal something worth five dollars. Extremely poor conduct and very disappointing service.

Within any other context this would be called theft. I ordered a large fry and HALF of the fries are missing.

To any Wendy’s staff reading this, you can refund the fry reward to my app account. The receipt is posted and has all the relevant information.

(Wish Google would let me post the whole video!!!) From other reviews it doesn’t seem to matter what you say or do, one guy is always rude in the drive through if he has a bad day everyone going there is as well. I Went in last night with my wife and kids for a couple biggie bags, the cashier was talking so fast on the com that we couldnt understand him, he sounded very frustrated from the moment we pulled up,
When we got to the window he was aggressively pushing and pulling on his monitor with all the orders on it, huffing and puffing. Then goes to hand me my drink and slam the window closed, I asked him to chill out and he said I “snatched” my drink out of his hand when he was handing it to me. I asked for his name and he shows me his name tag which most literally said “Kunta Kente.” (Mind you, it is illegal to wear a fake name tag, let alone a name that refers to racial slurs) I said “so that’s your real name?” He said “hell yea, that’s what you can put on the report!” And slammed the window again. Get him fired no one like that deserves any kind of customer service power. And should be ashamed about how he represents our community.

I’ll be honest and say I don’t come to Wendy’s often, but I was visiting and came from Texas and knew I wanted a frosty. I went inside and the place was so clean, all the workers greeted me and it felt like home. I wasn’t sure what to get, but the manager Addi helped pinpoint exactly what I was craving. She was super sweet and had a lot of knowledge of the menu, and she took time out of being busy to make me feel welcomed. The burger and fries I got after driving all day was fresh, and served hot and delicious. This is the best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, but kudos to the management for really bringing such a good experience for me. I wish I lived here so I can be a regular!!

Placed a mobile order, but there were about 15 cars in the drive through. I went in and asked if I could just pick up my order and they said no I have to go wait in the drive through line. Why? I literally ordered 10 nuggets. Manager said “well we’re obviously very busy right now”. It was dead in the lobby.

This restaurant was excellent. We were in Michigan and did the drive thru thing. I gave the young man a big order and it was down to the T…..plus my burger was fresh and delicious. Thank you. We were somewhere in the outskirts of Grand Rapids.

God awful. Ordered 2 sausage/egg croissants for me and hubby and 3 sausage,egg,cheese biscuits for others. The croissants were sausage and egg on a square hamburger bun and lots of mayo. JUST AWFUL!+

Stopped in for a quick meal on a hot evening. Stood in line for over 30 minutes without even being acknowledged. 4 employees worked on delivery orders, 1 employee paced back and forth between the frosty machine and window. This place is a damn joke and getting worse.
