One of my favorite fast food chains, but was a bit disappointed.
Baconator Combo – $12.89
– Baconator: Wendy’s is supposed to make their burgers fresh everytime. I am not sure this was the case this time. The bacon was not a texture that indicated it was fresh. The burger patty was okay, but flat tasting. The cheese was not melted all the way. The sauces were fairly balanced and tasty.
Their website boast, “Flavor. Loads and loads of flavor.” but I am not feeling it on this occasion. The order arrived within two minutes which seems too fast for fresh and made to order. Maybe “fresh” is not “made to order?” It wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better at other Wendy’s restaurants.
– Medium Natural-Cut Fries – $2.99: Ordered additional fries apart from the combo, too. These were a little darker than normal. Sometimes this is good because the darker oil gets, the more flavor it can add. In this case it was more flavorful, but you could tell it was also because the oil needs changing.
They were fairly fresh in this case, though. They are medium to medium large cut fries. They had a little thicker exterior yet still a softer interior. They were served hot and were still plenty hot by the end of the meal. They were just a tad salty, but that is normal for fast food.
– Coke – (with the combo): Probably the most disappointing part of the meal. I usually don’t get fountain drinks in fear of an improperly calibrated machine or stale syrup. In this case I think it was a little of both, but more stale. I still prefer my coke in a can or glass bottle, though sometimes you can find restaurants that have their machines tuned perfectly.
– Classic Chocolate Frosty $2.19: A favorite and they did this right. Thick, creamy, and cold (yes, even in winter). Goes well with the fries if you like that kind of thing.
– Service: Quick and efficient. Next!
– Atmosphere: Okay, they have a great thing going here! Their lobby was very clean. There is a wide variety of setups from tables and chairs, a row of booths (the other side is chairs), a lounge seat area with a “fireplace,” window seats, high tables and chairs, tables that are round or square, and plenty of wheelchair options. Some of the lighting seemed darker in the east side of the lobby.
It’s too bad so many people were going through the drive through and not stopping. We had the whole lobby to ourselves most of the time.
– Conclusion: I am a bit torn on this one. I like Wendy’s, but the food was mediocre. Maybe just a bad day?

This Wendy’s is trash. The only polite employee was the cashier. The person who gave me my food didn’t even look at me or say a word. They just threw my bags at me and closed the window. This Wendy’s used to have a few solid employees and apparently only one of them is working today.

Went in ordered a triple big bacon classic large fries and large drink and a large chocolate frosty. I get my cup and the pop machine sprayed me down the front of me with pop there were black things floating in the pop and the drain tray was backed up and flooding on the floor. So I go to the counter for my food and the guy just drops my burger on the tray and tosses My fries down next to them looks me right in the eye and turns around with out a word. So I take my food and go get ketchup and surprise surpries the pumps dont work. The salt and peper were all mixed together and i had to hunt through the silverwear because there are forkes in all of the slots along with knives but apparently no spoons so after hunting a min i gave up and grabbed a fork for my frosty and sat down to enjoy my food. As i unwrapped my burger i knoticed it had 4 small patties and a large pattie like that makes it what I ordered. The fries were floppy and grosse when I tried them and worst of all was the plauge of Flys that swarmed me as soon as I opened my burger.

Man, that Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit at Wendy’s ain’t no joke! That biscuit soft like it’s been prayed over, chicken crispy like somebody’s auntie fried it, and that honey butter??? Why has no one sued Wendy’s for false advertising? Not ONE of the burgers they serve EVER looks even close to the photo on their menus. They are running a special on their son of baconator sandwich. Normally I’m not a bacon on a burger guy. Because you always get some limp chewy bacon but the picture looked really good. And of course what I got looked nothing like it and the bacon was limp, chewy and weirdly had almost zero bacon flavor. For a sandwich meant to slap you with bacon flavor this really lacks. The only bonus was because of the special I didn’t pay full price. Will definitely not buy this or the Baconator sandwich again. I’ll just stick to the Dave’s single or if hangry the Dave’s double.
Usual Wendy’s but the woman working the front counter seemed frazzled and more than a bit frustrated. I got a small chilli which seems to get smaller every time I go. But the reason for the 3 star is the fact that they no longer off Saltine crackers. They use Keebler Club crackers. And while I enjoy those with like sliced cheese or salami. As a chilli cracker they are terrible. So sadly I don’t think I’ll be getting Chilli at Wendy’s anymore if this is a universal change.

The cashier at the window was Very Rude, We got our food after almost 10 minutes after arriving at the second window. I asked for 2 cups of Lemonade,NO ICE, and I was given a cup full of ice and mainly melted ice. It’s like we were drinking water. My burger was bitten and looks like it was just thrown around for good measure. The wrapping I had my Plain burger in had what appears to be ketchup, which it shouldn’t have even been Near my food. The fries were over cooked and super Greasy. I Definitely Won’t be going back here.

Ordered originally thru door dash I even put in the section where it asks you how you want your food made I asked for no pickles no onions food came with pickles and onions fries were hard and the drinks were watery. I tryed to reach a manager for a week finally was told I could come in to replace order once I arrived I was encountered by a disgruntled manager who’s attitude & demeanor wasnt friendly she kept trying to find reasons to get around just making the order as her boss told her to do I ended up paying for another meal to try & show good favor but due to the rudeness & negative situation ended up leaving with out the order had to drive back just to pick up the order that was left behind I wont be returning to this particular location.

Missing food, burnt food, made incorrectly. Waited over 15 minutes to even be talked to. Looked like only 3 workers working. Never got napkins or receipt.very disappointed. My son didn’t receive his food so had to go to another restaurant to get him something to eat.
