You would think that they’ve been around long enough not to give out cold fries so we had to send our fries back because they were cold. Then I asked for my receipt because I was not offered it and they told me that they did not have receipt paper so they cannot give me a receipt, although the guy at the window was patient. I just feel like they could do better. then the credit card machine was down which forced me to pay in cash, which I did not want to use cash but at this point, we didn’t have a option but again the guy at the drive-through window was patient when explaining the situation. and we did leave with hot fries because we sent the other ones back.

Excellent food, great atmosphere as the dinning area’s almost always practically a ghost town which is kinda eerie since this is Grand Rapids (thanks Covid), but I really enjoy eating here when I’m able to stop in. The staff here are really friendly too. Ocasionally your order might get messed up, but bring it back and they’ll move heaven & earth to make it right. Definitely my go-to when I want quick yet great food. Also, try one their Frosty’s!!

Got catering for work. The service was astoundingly FAST. The food was exactly what you’ve come to expect from Wendy’s. The chili was piping hot as were the Dave’s Singles. These Wonderful people busted out ~60 burgers in 15 minutes. Color me impressed. They even helped me carry it to my car!

so rude. asked for a receipt they were out of receipt paper, i asked for sweet chili and extra bbq (which they charged me for) but received none of my sauce. overall treated me poorly. the food was disgustingly old, i could tell it was sitting there for way longer than it should’ve been i couldn’t even eat it because i felt like i might get sick. will never come back here . and i’d highly recommend bringing your business elsewhere .

Waited inside for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes. 2 people told me someone would help me but that never happened. No service whatsoever. There was only one other customer inside and the drive thru had 2 cars. Waste of my time. Look for food elsewhere.

Dirty & not well kept. The ice tasted moldy, so did the pop, like it had a film in it (& we tried at least 4 diff flavors from thr self-serve). The bathroom sinks weren’t working, for both women’s & men’s bathroom . All the tables needed to be wiped, we wiped our own, but it was so sticky with gunk – on multiple tables. There were gnats flying around, especially near the ketchup area- which had no cups or spoons. And the lady in the back was serving fries with no gloves, bare hands all over the food. There was no management, it’s wasn’t the workers’ fault- the workers were nice, but no leadership or guidance. We ended up throwing away our food, drinks, everything.. & left. This place probably needs to be inspected & shut down.

Worst Wendy’s experience ever. The dude teenager that took our order tried to cut us off from ordering after each item, they rushed us through ordering and didn’t have a chance to customize anything (adding/removing toppings)
The charge seemed high and when asked for a receipt they said they had no receipt paper so I couldn’t verify anything. Then they got mad when we went to check that we got everything. They didn’t give us any utensils, straws or napkins either. When I went inside to get them, I was glared at from the parking lot to inside. They didn’t even give us all our items. This place went downhill!

6/24/25, 5:11pm – THIS CREW WAS HUSTLING idk if they were down any staff or if it just happened to be a very busy time for them, but I could tell they were slammed. It was a little longer wait than usual to place my order, but once I pulled up to that 2nd window to wait for my food…I could hear them COOKIN. There were maybe 2 managers(?) working to keep everyone on track, and the man who took my order/handed me my food was the nicest (despite it being 93° out & knowing how fast they were all moving). From the short time I was at that window, I was beyond impressed with the teamwork & hustle I could hear. It’s not always easy working in this type of environment, so this shift deserves to be recognized

Your manager/gm Tabitha deserves to be fired. Irrelevant how she is as a manager. Absolutely horrible human being. I couldn’t believe the staff let her talk to them that way. I will never go to this location if Tabitha is still the manager! Horrible human, I can’t believe your allowed to be a manager!
