No chili and it wasn’t even very late. Mobile order they said I arrived for when I was at the speaker. Settled for a sour cream and chive baked potato with cheese instead. Drove away and no sour cream or butter so went back for that. Parked and opened it and no cheese. Went back for a sprinkle on my now cold, old crusty baked potato. Also not happy because every time I go to Riley Street location they don’t have chili. Come to this one and no chili. It’s gone or put away already .

I recently went to this Wendy’s as I was on a trip, I ordered my food inside and was met a sweet lady entering at the cashier! the atmosphere was rather questionable as a lady was screaming at the workers like she was the only one having a rough day. it didn’t take long for my food to come out, would’ve been better if the yelling lady wasn’t such a chud.

Ordered a Parm salad and a Dave’s double. Had to pull forward no big deal. Lady came out and said they were out of Parm salads and asked what she could substitute for it, I replied add another Dave’s double, cheaper than the salad but I figured owell. Come back out and said the manager would only sub a double bacon cheeseburger for it…… I said I’ll be in in a minute, parked my car and got to the counter to talk, manager didn’t want to talk and gave me my food, they gave me two double cheeseburgers and that’s it. 18$ for two double cheeseburgers….. Worst service ever

I placed an order via the drive-through. Although the service was friendly, the order taker seemed rushed. When I got to the window and paid, the cashier asked me to pull up ahead and wait past the drive-through line because my food was not ready. I looked behind me and there was not a single car, so I was quite puzzled. My credit card then dropped and I had to get out of the card to pick it up. I could see how stressed and worried the cashier looked. Finally, I pulled forward and waited somewhere between five and 10 minutes for my food. During this time, no one else was in the drive-through. I’m gathering they have some sort of time goals for getting people through the drive-through, but these metrics are not accurate if people wait in other areas. It was such a strange experience. Food was as expected.

I decided to go to Wendy’s today. Haven’t been there for a while. The only diet soft drink was Coke- not a fan. Then I needed a receipt to be reimbursed from work. The printer wasn’t working. I also had to wait for my food. Was told it would be 3 minutes .. it’s been 5 minutes and I’m still waiting. Now I remember why I don’t go to Wendy’s often.

I stopped at Wendy’s for the first time in probably over a year because I was craving some fries. Went through the drive-thru just before 9:30pm. Got the medium fry and immediately take a bite of a fry. It was soft and barely warm. Wendy’s was my first job. These fries had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Very disappointed with my experience. Won’t go back to ANY Wendy’s in the future.

Never thought I’d ever leave a review like this before but it’s 6-2-23 and I arrived at Wendy’s at 8:15pm. Not only did I not leave until 8:50pm but the wrap they gave me was sliced and completely fell apart upon opening up the wrapper. By far the worst restaurant/fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I specifically asked for them to please make sure that they put the cheese sauce on the potato…which it’s supposed to come with.
Because the Last one didn’t have any on it.
As you can see ….NO CHEESE SAUCE…
and very LITTLE shredded cheese.

We were the only people in line at the drive through and finally someone said theyd be right with us…no worries we said, take your time. Ordered and paid and waiting for them to hand us our food and we sat there and sat there… finally she said will you please pull up and wait….I’m there is no one behind us but ok. So we are waiting and waiting seriously none is coming out and now 2 cars have come, ordered, got food, never pulled up to wait and they got food and are leaving. So I go inside….like what’s going on….another family is there 1 single family of 4 and a young couple so six customers in the restaurant and kid you not that’s how many employees were behind the counter and not one person asked what I needed…. finally someone looked at me not acknowledged me but looked in my direction and I said hi we were just wondering if someone was still bringing us our food…..deer in the headlights. Someone else sees us talking and says oh your order was special so it takes longer….it was a spicy chicken whatever special they have with Takis, 2 kids cheese burgers- 1 only cheese and six piece chicken. What’s special about that but ok. We go back and wait…. finally we get our food only to find we are missing the 6 piece chicken. We turn around and go back and the same family is there still customers out numbered by employees doing what…I have no idea. I walked in the door again and the mom of the family said” see honey I told you place is messed up-look that ladies back.” I don’t know what was going on that day but we will never go to a Wendy’s again. I wasted over 30 on a horrible experience and the only reason I didn’t put up more of a fuss and complain for my money back was because I had someone elses kid with me that needed to be home at a certain time…..WHICH IS WHY WE WENT TO THE DRIVE THROUGH!!!! WHICH SHOULD NOT TAKE OVER 20 MIN. No wonder you don’t see Wendy’s as much. That’s too bad because my son said the chicken sandwich was really good. If this is a private franchise I hope someone reads this post and lets them know…

Live nearby so I go here quite a bit. Not sure what happened to this place, but it’s bad. Stale buns, cold meat, often missing patties (A Dave’s Double turns into a Dave single on multiple occasions) Drive through is beyond slow. Who ever owns this place should be concerned because I’m not the only one noticing this stuff. It’s no longer worth eating at. You’re better off going to the BK near Staples or even yet, the other Wendy’s on Westshore Drive and Riley. I had Wendy’s at the other location recently and it’s a night and day difference. The flavor and what you’d expect from Wendy’s is very much alive at that location and very much dead at this one.
