He handled my order quickly, made sure everything was accurate, and went above and beyond to ensure the food was fresh and perfectly prepared. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, but Tyler truly stands out — he’s efficient, polite, and clearly cares about every customer’s experience.

I love Wendy’s and get food there quite often but this last time I was there I was very disappointed. I went later at night and picked up my mobile order through the drive thru, and the person who helped me was very rude. Then I get home and there was a bug in my cheese fries:/ so I ended up throwing it away.

Restaurant smelled, all the staff were in the rear of the building and I had to shout to. Get waited on. Burger was not hot, French fries were cold. Staff seemed not very interested in service.

My wife found a fly in her burger wrapping…so that wasn’t too appetizing.

Went there at dinner time. The service was horrible. Got my order wrong and refused to fix it. Gave the condiment’s that they forgot to put on and made me do it myself.

I ordered a large combo 6. Was asked to pull forward because it was going to be a few mins wait time. I waited 15 mins before MIC actually said anything to me. After about 20 mins he comes out and hands me my food and said he upgraded the fries to a large (which is what I ordered.) I got home and the fries weren’t fresh, sandwich had 1 small piece of lettuce on it. They won’t have my business anymore.

The food was great. But it gets irritating when you go through the drive-through and get on the road only to look in the bag to get napkins to wipe the ketchup off your hands only to find out that they didn’t put any in the bag. Not just them but it seems to happen a lot with many fast food places.

Went through the drive up and ordered a Taco Salad. My bad that I didn’t check my order before I got all the way out to Hamilton. I had no taco chip & no signature salsa. I did get the salad, chili , sour cream & buttery spread not sure why! So much for a taco salad.
