I’ve tried and tried to give this wendys a chance but the continue to disappoint. The workers at this Wendy’s not only rude but cheapskates. This is the only Wendy’s where I’ve had this old lady in the drive thru tell me I had to pay .50 for sauce the first time and now .53 cents my girlfriend can’t stand going to this location either because of how this old lady is. She’s working today 12/23/25 next to a young man that seems to just want to do his job. She’s rude with her face her service and downright should not be in this line of work atleast not to where the customers see her grinch looking smile that she never has on. She’s got some of the worst RBF I’ve ever seen trust me that’s sayin a lot. Goes without saying I will always drive down to 54th st from here on out this Wendy’s is trash and the other one has NEVER charged me for sauce.

$45 for fast food poising.
We had taken kids on a short trip and stopped to get some lunch. $45 for 4 kids and 2 adults, and we all ended up getting food poising. Should have known better, the place looks run down and super dated. Avoid at all costs!

Went to this location at 9pm to try the caramel fusion Frosty for the first time with my mom. Tony the manager took our order, made our order, and even stopped by to chat. He’s a great guy and a great manager. Definitely my favorite Wendy’s location ❤️

Went here on my lunch break and it smelled kind of sour passing the first window, thought it may have been something outside but i had the same smell all over my sandwich and the wrapping. All the food was very unappetizing and everyone working seemed to be in a bad mood. They seem very overworked or just not in control or stressed. I’m not sure but I’m definitely not coming back to this location. I called for a refund and the person who helped me seemed pretty fresh to the whole process. They should really have someone who knows how to run that place smoothly cause that was the worst Wendy’s experience in my life forsure. Hopefully my refund processes.

I pulled up to the drive through window at 9:50am to order my food. Waited and waited. Said hello and the lady tanking my order huffed and said what will you have. I placed my order and pulled to the window. She took my card without saying anything and handed me my drink and card saying here’s your drink. Handed me my food saying have a good day with a terrible tone. When I got to work and sat down to eat my food I got the wrong sandwich. I ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant. What I got was some old bread with a chicken patty on it and it was drenched in syrup no bacon in site. The sandwich was so gross I couldn’t eat it. My back was also dripping with syrup and got it all over my desk and car seat. My Host was #3019 incase they are paying attention. I have had some pretty bad service from places but this on takes the gold medal home so far.

9pm I came here with my daughter to try the caramel fusion frosty. AMAZING!! Tony the manager was so nice and welcoming. He made our food and was very friendly. A nice pic of the all gone frosty 🙂

Placed a mobile order to have it ready ASAP. It wasnt until I went up to the counter and asked about it when they realized a mobile order had been placed. They weren’t busy and I didn’t get my food until 20 min after I placed the order. Not super impressed.

I’m a African American woman this places simply dislikes my kind I was standing at the counter no one came to take my order the manager looked at me and walked in the office and never came back out they was very rude no other customers was there so they was not busy I wouldn’t never come back here I see prejudice still exists

We live right around the corner, and we will NEVER come here again, we keep giving a second chance and each time the food is absolutely horrible, it’s cold, cheese isn’t melted on my sandwich and the bread is so stale. And you call this “baconator fries” what an absolute joke to whoever put this together, oh and the bacon is burnt to an absolute crisp. I’m telling you just go anywhereeee but here for fast food.
