When I got my order I asked Carson which sandwich was the one with bacon and which one was the one without and he told me I would have to open them to see. nothing was marked with a label or any type of coding. Food was cold and restaurant was a dirty mess. Staff was not focused on the appearance of the restaurant and it looked like the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. nor were they concerned that the condiments were empty in the dining room. I mentioned to the counter cashier Carson that things were empty and he asked me were they really out? Of course I said yes. We did talk to the manager about the problems we experienced and really didn’t feel like they were too concerned with trying to resolve any issues. If you’re planning on eating at this restaurant make sure you have very low expectations that way you won’t be disappointed.

Our fries were missing and we didn’t know until we drove away. The baby was crying LOUDLY the whole time at the drive-up, so it was a quick but chaotic stop! We were very happy to be able to get a free fries on our next trip. Thanks!

Tried going to this location after putting in my order as it allowed me to still do that, and when I got to the drive-through it said closed for the night in paper. I understand if you don’t have the staffing but at the same time, you should probably turn off your mobile ordering so this doesn’t happen.

Ordered two chicken breakfast sandwiches the croissant and the biscuit. No cars ahead of me and one pulled in behind. I had to pull ahead and wait five minutes for the chicken and when I got to work they gave me a sausage sandwich and a sausage biscuit. This place is awful.

First of all, once we got our drink there was a quarter inside the drink i brong it back to them and they gave me a second drink. Another family here also found another coin im their drink. Once i got my second drink there was now hair inside my drink. A worker then proceded to blame us for putting the coin in the drink.

Placed an order for pickup at the drive thru through the mobile app. A half hour later my order wasn’t even ready to begin with so I had to wait for like 10 minutes. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one was a classic sandwich and one was Asiago ranch chicken sandwich. After I get home one chicken sandwich was correct but the other one was completely wrong and it just had lettuce and mayo slapped on there. When I called the store the guy on the phone was defensive and rude and didn’t even care. What a waste of time and money on top of that the fries were cold. Just awful don’t ever do any business at this location of wendys they are horrible.

This is the first time in a long time this food and service was actually decent. I have been so grossly annoyed with this place because it was always something. From stale buns, horrible service, and saying they just cleaned the frosty machine with 2 hours before they closed on a mobile order, and plenty more, I was done. I didn’t have a choice today and the convenience took me there. Even though the food was delayed, it was only because they dropped the chicken nuggets right when i arrived to pick it up, which is worth it by the way, especially on a to go order. I haven’t seen that employee there before. He at least communicated the delay AND why. He was very polite when he did so, unlike previous ones I have encountered. Hopefully this is a change for the better. Time will tell. Thank you for your help tonight.

Waited for dry burgers that were all cold worst burger I have ever had in my life . Fries were ice cold unsalted absolutely awful food .not sure what we were waiting on cause nothing was even warm .
