My spicy chicken was rubbery and had a funky taste and the fries were old and cold. There were also a bunch of teenagers being rude and disrespectful . I don’t think I’ll stop at this one again.

This is my favorite Wendy’s. I stop here on my way to work between 5 and 6 pm. The young people working there are always extremely polite, professional, and efficient. And they are very patient with this senior lady. If I have a problem, they fix it. Kudos to their supervisor for excellent training.

Wendys menu is pretty consistent. With that I base my review on how well the food was prepared, kindness of staff and cleanliness of facility.
Food was good. The person at the counter was pleasant, and it was clean.
We did not try the new crabby pattie. We did share a pinnapple frosty. It just tasted like a normal frosty.
No bad experiences, that is why the higher rating on this Wendy’s.

I wouldn’t go back to this Wendy’s ever again. I made an online order and picked up at 4:45 PM on 5/5/24. I had to ask for the honey mustard not put in the bag. Also, I had to go inside to get straws for my drinks and napkins. The baconator I ordered had 2 small pieces of bacon on it only (what a joke). The 2 large chilis I ordered weren’t even filled all the way. Each one had 2 inches of space before the lid. What a waste of money. I’m so disappointed.

This Wendy’s has officially made the #1 spot for the worst french fries I’ve ever had from a fast food chain. They were cold, stuck together, almost completely absent of any actual potato in the center of the fries. It was like they had been left on the warmer since the morning. All this to be said I had to wait for chicken sandwiches for 10 minutes. The least they could do is make fries at the same time. I understand it’s fast food but for the prices they charge nowadays, they can’t afford to be so careless with the food quality.

Great staff and great service! Foods is always fresh! Can’t ask for more ! I love that Wendy’s supports adoption! We adapted our middle child 🙂 Please support their adoption fund! A better option than the alternative! Which almost happened for her 🙁

I’m not one to give 2 stars but guys, my 2 large fry both looked like this…it’s like half full! I guess the ticktock video of small fry, medium fry large fry is true. I wouldn’t be up set if it was $25.60 for 2 baconators ( that seem tiny, 2 large pops and 2 fry. Maybe you guys should weigh your fry to size or something.

The cashier was perfect. She had infinite patience for our slow ordering family and her awesome smile is pretty much the only really great thing I can remember from the visit. I didn’t pay attention to her name tag but it was whoever was on front counter cash at lunchtime on 7/5/2021.
I really wish that the person making the sandwiches hadn’t apparently decided that I’m a terrible person and deserve to suffer today, and so put this abortion of a tomato slice on my burger to punish me for being born or whatever. I hope the sandwich gods curse him or her to only eat tomato crowns for the next year.
