I use the drive thru when I go. The workers are nice. The food is decent. My dogs are always with me and that’s why I use the drive thru service and they always compliment me on my dogs as well. It’s a good experience. I enjoy the friendliness and the food.

I am done with this location. This is the second time they have effed up my order. They first today gave me the wrong order, and when I went in to correct it. They almost gave me the wrong size and I just found out during my lunch period that they still got one of my sandwiches wrong. Completely wrong one. The management can’t even get things right. I’m done with them. Go to a different location if you can. Not here!

Staff are less productive when you spend more time yelling at them than actually productively helping. Whoever is yelling demeaning comments to staff, at 5:45 on 1/24, in the prep area needs to be talked to. I have worked single side food prep in fast food. The 15+ guests in the lobby do not need to hear this.

This location has definitely went down in its food quality. The fries were bland and tasted like they were microwaved after being left out overnight. I ordered the new nacho burger and it was very lacking in every aspect that it was advised as. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat at this location, I say let it close and leave room for a new business to come in and hopefully provide something tasteful.
Furthermore on that note the place looks like it hadn’t been swept in a while and they are not wiping down tables after anyone leaves. Not very sanitary especially after recently getting out of a pandemic.

Food is good but sick of the terrible service. Everytime I order, I 3nd up having to return because they don’t make the food right. I ordered off the menu. This time bacon egg cheese croissant. Got back to work it was a baconator. I dont eat sausage. So I went back and even though I stressed my extra bacon on both trips and paid for it, I did not get it. And it is also supposed to have the Swiss cheese I got American. If they were out fine but say something. It is listed on the menu with Swiss!

Two 10 piece orders of nuggets and two large frostys is over 20 dollars. Also the size of the frostys are smaller than they’ve ever been. Absolutely criminal. Franchise owners should be ashamed of themselves.

The food is tasty when prepared correctly, but the staff seems insufficiently trained. More often than not I get food made incorrectly or someone else’s order, tonight being no exception. As much as I am not one for public reviews, the lack of receipts I’ve been given during the last several instances of incorrect orders has made it clear they don’t want to hear the feedback through other channels and has prevented me from being refunded or my order fixed, even when I’ve specifically asked for reciepts.
TL;DR They continually mess up orders and have no accountability. Be sure your order is correct and you have your receipt before you pull away from the drive thru window, especially if you are asked to pull up!!! If you don’t have a receipt, even if THEY don’t provide it, it will be YOUR problem!
