So I’ll start with the food was good, my complaint is that 3 large chili’s were purchased and upon arrival from doordash we noticed that neither order came with any of the crackers and neither order came with any utensils to eat with.
I then called this exact location and presented to the lady the items that were missing and her immediate response was that it was doordash’s problem and that they don’t offer refunds for doordashing.
I replied that I was not asking for a refund I was simply stating that we had no crackers and no utensils to eat with and I asked the lady whose job it was to put the food in the bag with the crackers and utensils and then seal the bag!
SHe replied the front counter person.
So instead of taking the blame and ownership her first instinct was to blame someone else..

Literally just brought my bag in right after it being delivered and the bottom of my bag fall out. Food all over the floor. I also ordered the Wednesday meal with no spoon as advertised. Hamburger bun was hard as a rock. I usually let things slide because I have worked in fast food before. But I’m this case I am just severely disappointed. I called manager said I have to call urbee eats for refund. But looking at pictures below I don’t think there to blame.

We came inside and placed an oder. The place our 2 jbc in a bag. 15 minutes later we were still waiting for chicken nuggets, tenders and fries. I asked them to microwave or remake the sandwiches since thry are cold. They just looked at me. 15 minutes later I still had not received our food. I asked for my money back. Which the manager did. CASHIER was very nice.

When we first walked in for lunch, we smelled what we thought was raw sewage. Floors and tables were not cleaned. Maybe with lunch rush they were busier, but still. Male bathroom also hadn’t been cleaned when I went. However, I ordered modified food and the order was exact, hot and fresh and didn’t take too long. Service was up to standard. I would still comeback despite cleanliness.

I have not been in a Wendy’s for a very long time. I came here (first time at this particular Wendy’s) to have my favorite Wendy’s combo lunch, spicy chicken combo where I get a chili in place of the fries. Wendy’s always had thick chicken breast meat on their spicy chicken sandwich, which is way better than their competitors. Today was a big fail. The chicken tasted old, it was thin, and it took way too long to get. There was a well-dressed manager in a nice Wendy’s polo shirt walking around the store focusing on something (I am not sure what he was doing). There were 3 customers in line, and he walked from the kitchen to the dining rm 3 different times, cutting in front of me rather than walking around the short line. He never said excuse me or sorry to cut in front of you. He just walked in front of you like you were invisible. When I got my food, I looked for straws for our drinks (there were none). I looked for a spoon for my chili (there were none). On another one of his walking trips, I asked for spoons and straws. He didn’t speak a word but went in back and came out with the items. The dining rm looked completely disheveled. Dining tables and chairs pushed out of position, mop bucket, and mop sitting where the tables go, “floor wet” cones sitting out. There were no ceiling tiles wet or out, so I assume there was no water leak. I asked him if the dining room was closed? He said no. We sat down away from the cleaning area for our lunch. Overall, the place looked like it needed a good cleaning. In the end, it was very odd to see the dining room part way cleaned… with all the cleaning supplies left sitting out among the customers.

/25. The pop machine inside is about out of everything, the employees are slow and could care less, waited 20 minutes for food. The fries were overcooked, my spicy chicken was cold. The floors looked like they aint been swept in a month….avoid this place

Wow is all I can say, last time I ate here was two years ago it was trash, small burnt son of a baconator burnt frys etc, this time a complete 180! Great food excellent served, only fault is they are out of napkins.

We went out of curiosity to get the Wednesday promotional meal and I grabbed a Fuego taki meal too. We got the meals and pulled forward to check because you can’t trust fast food workers nowadays sadly. Sure enough it was missing the 4 mystery Wednesday sauces that are the only thing that make it anything more than nuggets, it was missing the spoon of gloom that is special for the frosty to get the raspberry jam sauce on the bottom, it was missing the taki packet for the Fuego meal, and it was missing an entire sprite for the Fuego meal. I pulled back around to the speaker and told her but she told me to wait and I’d get it at the window again. I had to wait behind multiple other cars again while my food got cold and my frosty melted as I didn’t have a spoon. I finally got up there and listed all the stuff missing and he handed me just random mystery sauces that wound up being duplicates for 2 of them ( unless there are only 3 ), and informed me they didn’t have the spoon so I had to use a small one that couldn’t even reach the bottom to get the raspberry sauce till I was half way done with it. They didn’t even give us a straw for the Sprite we finally got. Worst of all the Fuego chicken sandwich which was overly lime flavored had fully stale Takis on it that were chewy like Styrofoam. It was a disgusting and disappointing experience. Shameful idea of quality control and customer service. Manager should fire themselves.
