Me and my family were just trying to have a peaceful dinner but the manager gave us attitude just because we wanted more mayonnaise and she called the cops on us and got us trespassed. She was being very disrespectful and they don’t wear hair nets or gloves while touching other peoples food. Also one of the employees flipped off an older lady just because she said that the employee looked like a boy with her short hair and being very rude to customers it use to be so good but now they went down.

Not a pleasant experience. So so food and service and atmosphere were severely lacking. Hope it was just a fluke experience. I have faith they will turn this experience I had into a distant memory. They need to do just a tad better service and atmosphere wise. The food quality I think was hindered by the subpar service. An when both those are lacking it made for poor a atmosphere . Will try again to see if it was how they conduct themselves on a daily basis or was it just a bad day.

Air conditioner is conveniently broken, I could see each employee was sweating bad while CEO is sitting in his or her air conditioner office and wondering why people quit. Building looks good for not remolding done, in years.

If I could give a zero I would. Place is closed half the time, employees are more worried about dumping water on each other than serving customs. I work close by and would regularly go to this place but have been disappointed too many times.

If your going to eat at this Wendy”s, plan to go eat at a park or sit in your hot car with no shade in the parking lot. Because you are not able to dine in. Other than that good service, and the new spicy fries are so good!

The management is awful. This restaurant is always out of something. Lobby closed due to low staff. Can’t take cards but need exact change. They can’t give change back. Out of drink carriers. Just a mess!
