As a prior manager of Wendy’s this is the single worst location I have ever had The misfortune to visit. Employees were rude mis made one the terribly and refuse to take any responsibility and absolutely destroyed what should have been a decent sandwich. Shame on Dakota when they handed us our food they said not one word out of their mouth to tell us that the order was not what we had placed and just left this slop in our bag this is supposed to be an asiago classic instead we got a mess not worth eating.

This place is a hit or miss. I have thought about making this review many times before, but wanted to give them multiple chances to prove me wrong… I never have a problem with the food, but the attitudes. Specifically from a girl with glasses and black hair. I get anxiety ever time I see her in the drive through, as she acts like she hates her life and her job working there. I get my food thrown at me every time, no smile or anything. Just a cold stare. I am always kind back but just will never understand how this lady is still employed acting that way!

The store hours show they are open to 1am. The store was lit up like it was open but the employee refused to take our order. When we drove past the window the girl was standing in the window picking her nose. who ever is working right. now should be fired

Bacon is fresh off the pig. Zero attempt to cook it to any point of crispy. Flappy and nasty. Repulsive… peeled off both croissants. Waste of money. Pork needs cooked. Do better these croissants are prime when meat is actually crisp…not slimy and flappy fat.

I went through drive through and I think the women was training because she was having a hard time taking my order.
It took about 3-5 minutes to complete the order taking process.
I did change 2 or 3 things, but they were minor. And the back door alarm was sounding. It sounded like the fire alarm.
I got a Asiago Sandwich and two 4 piece kids meals. The kids meals were put in the bags nicely and properly.
I got my bag and my Sandwich was not wrapped properly and open. I will attach a photo. I got a refund for my Sandwich.
We also got frostys which were good. But mine was over filled. I opened the lid and it flew out at me. It was compressed to the top of the lid.
When i asked for a refund the lady was irritated and asked me why i wanted a refund. I said my Sandwich was not wrapped properly and it looked like the photo below.
She refunded my money back to me and that was that. Behind the counter by fry area did not look clean. The lobby area was clean and maintained.
Overall, I give this restaurant location a 3 star in all areas.

Got 2 orders of baconater fries, no cheese sauce on them, tons of bacon, and fries. Please do better Wendy’s. After waiting 30 mins. In drive thru. If I wanted just fries and bacon on top I’d order that. Very dry, please at least put some cheese sauce on it. Gross.

It would be an awful place to host an elegant dinner but as fast food joints go, it’s up near the top. Staff is good at their jobs and own their occasional mistakes, and the building is very clean.
