The grilled chicken wrap combo was very good. Our order was made correctly. We had friendly weight staff and we did not have to wait very long at all. Our table was a little bit sticky. That was the only disappointment but otherwise nice place for quick food.

The Manager at Wendy’s tonight upset me a little bit because my app wasn’t working correctly and rather than show me how to address it or possibly give me a discount or reward as compensation…just offered to take my order instore…That being said…I want to commend her for being happy and when I realized I had a broken cup…she saw me standing at the counter, as busy as they were and replaced my cup. I Do want to say…I’m ordering for 4 kids, 2 adults and they all want it special, not just no mustard or like that…it’s this, this, this, this and…BUT…ELIZABETH…NEVER SKIPPED A BEAT…NEVER STOPPED SMILING and hit it out of the park with my $70 order…and even thanked me for coming in rather than jumping the counter and screaming like I prolly woulda…Thank You LADIES…AMAZING SERVICE and the food was ALL fresh and fries perfect…and the frosting and sized up fries, drinks and about 50 sandwich edits…LOL…I can Always count on this Wendy’s

Did a mobile pick up order, go to pick it up and got asked to pull up bc they’re waiting on fries. Ok nbd. Then 10 minutes go by and a worker comes out and tells me that when bringing my food out she slipped and fell from the wet floor… okay cool.. I wait another 10-15 minutes just for them to bring my food out COLD, no sauce and missing fries total joke. Won’t be back anytime soon.

Lady at the drive thru was unbelievably rude from start to finish. She had a lisp, so I wasn’t mean back, but it’s not an excuse for the way we were treated. I understand midnight is late, but that’s the job she’s being paid to perform. I’ve worked food/service overnight shifts too- but I didn’t take it out on customers

Do NOT go here if you want FAST food. They literally cook to order 1 car at a time. If there’s 3 cars in front of you, you’ll be there for at least 20 minutes. At least the food is good but it better be since I waited the same amount of time as a sit down restaurant!

Spicy chicken tasted like what I assume chewing on a leather shoe would be. Sad that places serve something so awful considering the ridiculous prices now. The sandwich had to be sitting under the heat lamps for hours. The staff was good, restaurant was clean by today’s standards

Went there at 6pm on Sunday evening. There were six cars in front of me in the Drive-Thru. It took a total of 18 minutes from the time I got in line, to the time I got my food. Once I finally got my order, my burger and fries were cold. I’ve been to a lot of Wendy’s in my life, but this was by far one of the worst experiences. I would avoid at all costs.

We sat in drive thru for 11 minutes before order was taken. Order taker was extremely rude. And taking 1 order at a time while other cars are piling up in drive thru. Not to mention the manager was standing right next to drive thru window just as irritated as order taker. Do not recommend!!!
