The food was decent took way too long for there being nobody ordering but the people at the window were super nice. Once we got our food it tasted alright for the most part until my wife bit into her burger and it started Mooing at her she tried to get past the fact it was raw but she just couldn’t we will more then likely be back again until this happens again.

The food is always delicious and we’ve never had a problem until now. Why do the customers that take the time to come inside, order food to sit down and enjoy get served last? We waited in line for 15 minutes the other night. At first we were the only ones there. Then in came 2 more customers that were waiting behind us. 1 of them went and picked up an online order, which wasn’t even ready yet, they got their food and out they went before we were even acknowledged or anything. The other customer that was behind us walked out. I understand how companies tend to focus more on their drive thru and online orders than they do their actual inside customers. But, maybe have a designated person to do online orders and another to do in store customers. We’re all just as important. We’ll more than likely be back, we just weren’t happy with the wait time and being ignored

Haven’t been here in months but decided to give them another try and did not get what I ordered AGAIN and the cashier even repeated it back me but the apparently rang in something completely different. This place has done nothing but go downhill which is sad because they do have a few great people working there! I even had to pay $1 for a bbq and a ranch despite not getting ketchup. Utterly disappointing

Everything was fine. The young man that was running cash register was very nice. He even was aware of his surroundings. He wasn’t waiting on anyone at the time and noticed a couple elderly ladies coming in. He went out and helped them in. This was on the 26th in the afternoon, lunch time. Then I heard something non of us customers should have heard. That Very nice young man was getting reprimanded right up front. We heard every word she said! I did customer service for 22 years and never did our bosses say anything to us without taking us off the floor. There ain’t No wonder there is a help wanted sign up. She needs to be set straight
Even doing that in front of his coworkers! Wrong all the way around! That is not how you keep employees! If I was sitting there thinking about filling out an app, Icwould Never work for a manager that has No respect for her team !

Went in for breakfast was the only one ordering. Was told there would be a 2 1/2 minute wait sat outside for 10 minutes. Thought my food would be warm but it was cold and the muffins were hard as a rock

Super slow service inside. The counter person wouldn’t add more chili. I have had all other Wendy’s that will fill it up to the top. I guess the customer isn’t always right.

They just threw the stuff in the bag, didn’t give me my whole order, and Ober charged me. I gave them them 2 chances hoping the second chance would be better…. NOPE! once again over charged. They told me one price then my bank statement comes across more. Not happy about it.
