Destiny took our order, bagged it for each person separately without me even requesting it and greeted us with superior customer service. I called the location to ask for her name and was presently surprised when Alexis answered and was over the top with her positive attitude without even knowing why I was calling. Our food tasted fresh, hot and we are beyond impressed with this last minute stop on a long road trip home!

Pulled into the drive-thru, no one responded. Parked and went in. Girl with a headset on put her phone down for enough time to tell me the lobby was closed. I told her we wanted to order at the drive-thru. I got back in my car and went to the drive-thru again. I ordered but it was wrong on the screen. Girl refused to fix the mistake. I drove away. Complete failure… how hard is it to find good help enough to place a fast food order.

I ordered a combo from Wendy’s on my way to work. When I bit into the burger it was cold. It seems that the burger was was precooked and laying around for hours. The fries were hot and so we’re the nuggets. This is the second time I was given cold, old food from this establishment. I will never purchase food from thos Benton harbor location anymore. I would rather go out of my way to st joseph Wendy’s because their food is always fresh and hot. Beware of Wendy’s located on m-139 in benton harbor michigan.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. Service was slow and staff were rude to customers. 5 Customers walked out without ordering because No one came up to take their order.Restaurant smelled and floor was sticky when you walked. Fry’s were hot but had been recooked multiple times.Pop machine in lobby doesn’t work according to staff.Watched an employee go out and sit in a customers car and then come back in and never washed his hands before he went back to work.I doubt Wendy’s will do anything about it. Delivery person waited 20min. to pick up order. Food was cold, and ABSOLUTELY NASTY!! Burger was nothing but grease, just had a piece of nasty lettuce on it. Where was the ketchup, pickle, and tomato? Fries cold and taste nasty. As for the nasty chicken nuggets, ground up rib meat, formed into a nugget chewy and nasty. Had to throw it all in my garbage disposal. I was a Chef in Chicago, so more than qualified to say this food was absolutely disgusting. A dog wouldn’t eat this garbage! This is a large frie?? Half the container is empty. Charge for a large, give a small! RIPOFF!! Bags even had grease on them… Look at the grease and bits of grizzle on the paper tower.

Absolutely disgusting! Went for breakfast and when my food was delivered to my auto… there was a cigar in it. Luckily I didn’t eat in the auto and found it when unpacking my breakfast sandwich. I called and was told I would have to come in to get my card credited! NEVER EVER WILL I GO TO THIS WENDY’S.
