Went to get dinner for my family, got home… No straws, no sour cream for my sour cream and chives potatoe, then go to eat my potato and it’s rotten. Like how do you not see that in 3 different spots? Also I called up there to talk to manager talked to someone for 2 minutes then said hold on a minute then set the phone down. It’s been 24 minutes I’ve been listening to them. We love going for their 50 nugget bucket, honestly the best thing out there and usually order a few loaded baconator fries. I enjoy their food and it’s better than that ridiculous clown show at McDonald’s. Nice to at least have the option of ice cream.

I ordered a pretzel pub Burger and they didn’t have the pretzel bun No big deal, except that the drive-thru attendant kept trying to make it a meal even though I specifically asked for to not be. Then I started to question the price, and I asked for a receipt. While she did give me a receipt and by putting it in the bag she completely ignored the fact that I had asked for it and just disappeared. All in, it wasn’t a great experience and I don’t think I’ll go back.

New review because they have improved staffing! I got my salad quickly, exactly as I ordered it (South West Avocado with no bacon and jalapenos on the side), and the new employees were delightful. Drive through on my way to work. Of course everyone is cheerful their first week on the job anyplace, but currently would recommend this Wendy’s as a solid place to grab a quick bite.

Went through the drive-through to quickly get food before dropping my son off at school. The lady that was working the window was AMAZING!! She was so nice and wow she was quick! She even asked to make sure we had everything before we drove off(which we did) she was on top of her game and then some! My new favorite Wendy!
