I just had to pull over and take a moment to write this review! Passing through on my way home to Cleveland [Go Bucks!] and wanted to dine in to rest but as per the new employee shortage norm some places are closed – drive-thru only.

I expected the employee on the other end of the drive-thru speaker to be frustrated/burned out. I imagine they are the recipient of people’s frustration and social ignorance. Most people spout off their frustration verbally to the first set of human ears available. In this case, I am sure this employee was forced to be the emotional punching bag of disgruntled customers complaining or asking why the dining room is closed!

Well Karen, that’s a great question. Instead of looking at the circumstances why not switch focus to the human being that is doing their best to sail a ship with limited sailors. Wouldn’t a positive contribution be better for everyone involved?

YOUR WORDS AND ACTIONS MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Have you realized the difference they make goes both ways? If you find yourself speaking negativity toward others consider this an attitude adjournment. Stop. Do everyone – do yourself a favor. Stop.

Why? The only way to change ugliness in the world is to remember who we are. Human beings who crave connection. Remember WHO you are! Being yourself keeps you happy and you affect those around you. So you will make others happy.

When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker,
to my surprise the person on the other side was a ray of sunshine and spread joy into my life – and I’d imagine the lives of every customer today. He was vibrant and to quote, ” I’m ready to rock and roll if you are! What would you like to eat today?”

A perfect example of a human being BEING themselves regardless of the circumstances

Haven’t been inside this one in a while, the food has always been hot in the drive thru. I came in with my family and were not greeted, actually a man walked past us to behind the counter and to the back and said nothing to us, no one was at the registers. We stood there for several minutes before a young man with his hood on walked up to the register and just stared at me. I gave my order and turned to the dining area..it was visibly sticky. Every surface. The ketchup was also sticky, so I grabbed some packets…I grabbed one and like 10 were stuck to it. Inside is gross.

Food on the other hand was hot and made correctly.

Just went there a little after noon.
There was a sign on the drive up that said be patient there is only two of us working. That’s cool thanks for the heads up. But they got on there all rude and said if you are not a Door dash order then we are not taking orders
First of all that’s not what your sign says and it’s rude to dismiss a paying customer who us willing to be patient and wait.
Do why doesn’t the manager just close the place down!!!

I’ve never had a problem at this Wendy’s we went a few times and sometimes the employees were stressed but we tried again and when we went back there was an amazing crew working. The guy running the window has a good personality and that’s hard to find! It’s always clean inside and out.

Wen said they are open till midnight. I pulled up at 11:45 just to order a couple frosties. The place was totally lit up but the woman on the speaker said. We’re closed, it’s our truck night. What truck. No trucks to be found. Turn off your lights if you close early!!!

The burger was dried out and old so was the chicken nuggets when I said something to the manager she acted like she wanted to fight and I should have never said anything good thing for credit cards

Very delicious food, I ordered the 4 for 4 the staff was incredibly nice and asked me if I would like anything else. When I did get to the window they were very friendly and gave me everything I asked for. Overall I am very pleased with this Wendy’s location I will be coming back again soon.

The young lady that helped me was really nice. I went through the drive thru my card got declined so I went in to pay for my food didn’t want to hold up the line. The food was awful my fries tasted like they were redropped our burgers were gross looked like they should have been set aside for the chili and made into chili meat. The chili had no hamburger and if you refer back to my comment about our hamburgers I see why. I will never stop at the wendys again. They should may think about closing it. Until they get better employees that actually want to work.

The manager sniffed our drinks then tried to give them to us!!!!
We went there for breakfast. When we got to the window he was putting the lids on our drinks but while trying to push the lids on was rubbing his whole hand all over the lid of the cup. I asked him if we could get mayo packets and he just stared at me and didn’t respond. I ordered 2 regular cokes and 2 diet cokes when I was handed the drinks they weren’t marked which was which. I asked which are the diet cokes and which are the regular and he just stared at me then back at his manager. So the manager shouted over “what’s the problem?” I repeated it to her. She then said “well the only way to tell is to smell them. Here hand then back” I have them back and she proceeded to in front of us take the lids off and sniff our drinks put the lids back on our drinks and tried to give them back. I told her “I’m sorry we are going to need new drinks” she got an attitude and said “why Diet Coke has a different smell they are correct now?” And was upset that I was not willing to risk her sniff test to let me know which ones were diet and that I had a problem which her sniffing our drinks.
THE MANAGER THOUGHT IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE TO SNIFF OUR DRINKS THEN GIVE THEM TO US.
