Ordered a quick bite before a night meeting with the understanding that Wendy’s fries are supposed to be hot and fresh to order. Mine were not. They were relatively warm and stale. The pop and CO2 isn’t mixed correctly and I don’t know what happened to this burger but I’ll never order it again. I’m not sure if it’s the restaurant or the burger itself but the flavors, funky.

Mess up big orders every time. Ordered 5 meals for the family and when we got home 2 items were not in the bags. Called and they offered to replace both and also give us a complimentary value meal. Went back today for the compensation and also ordered more food. Nothing was forgotten this time but I just had the worst “Asiago Chicken sandwich” ever. Bun, chicken, mayo and pickles… that is not an Asiago sandwich. Where’s my cheese, bacon, etc… very disappointed…

Don’t bother with this place. There are 2 more Wendy’s up the road that wont make you fantasize about arson while an hour ticks past. You might get lucky occasionally with good service here, but those one off visits aren’t worth the 4 or 5 patience-draining, time-wasting disappointments you’re guaranteed to get in between them. It’s hard to be compassionate about staffing shortages when there are more employees than customers.

Love the Spicy chicken sandwich, unfortunately that was not what I was served, after waiting ~30 minutes. Also had to remind the person preparing the order that they forgot an item. As for the rest of the order I suggest you open each item before you leave to make sure they gave you what you actually ordered.

Food quality is horrible. Don’t understand why this Wendy’s is the worse Wendy’s in the Lansing area by far. Chicken nuggets taste cold, soft and dry. Lobby is barely open so when you do a mobile order you have to wait in the drive thru line which makes the mobile order pointless. Last time I placed a order online around 11:30am I arrived at the restaurant to find out they were closed until 4pm. Some how I was able to place order on app and was charged. Still waiting for that refund.

Very slow order time. 25 minutes in a drive through line and to forget a chicken nugget is unacceptable. I understand businesses are under staffed but if your running long ticket times you better make sure all the food is handed out properly. I tried calling nobody answers. I wasn’t going to sit in line for another half hour because you forgot my chicken nuggets so I had to go through McDonald’s drive through for a 6 piece.

We go to this location about three times a week. Food is good, prices are great, but I am getting SO sick of my order being messed up. Every. Single. Time. Once it was a frosty missing, another time it was fries, etc. Today, BOTH of our 4-piece nuggets only had THREE nuggets, they didn’t give us the ketchup we specifically asked for, and our drinks had ice even though we asked for no ice.. I understand mistakes happen, and these are small issues, but it’s literally every time. We’re ready to give up.

Food was fine. Service was good. However the prices keep creeping up. It shouldn’t cost 20$ for a burger, fries, drink salad and frosty. My wife and I decided that after today no more Wendy’s, Burger King, or McDonald’s. And as other fast food places we visit continue to raise their prices we will stop going there also.

I always order my burger plain. I have yet to receive it plain. Always have to send it back. So annoying! They open the lobby when they feel like it. Can’t you at least put a sign up that says lobby closed?? The kid with the glasses that does front counter should stick to non customer related duties as he is extremely rude and unprofessional.

Just waited inline at the counter inside for about 5 minutes without service. While waiting could hear a young lady using profanity and seemingly mocking the customers that pay her wages as they came through the drive through. This location clearly lacks good leadership.
