This was a great Wendy’s. The person helping us had the best attitude and was super helpful. The food quality was great too. Our fries were hot and fresh. The sandwiches were made well. My favorite part was the nice guy who helped us- he was awesome. Our food was also ready pretty fast.

Lived here in Harland going on five years and the dozen or so times I have went here it’s a horrible experience. My last time was last week and it was right par for the course. The person taking my order was horrible, the order was incorrect (I gave no special directions either) I will offer this, the person who seemed to be the manager at the drive through window was pleasant. The guy that took the order and took my money was not. Just pass this place up and go to the next fast food restaurant on M59 you will not be disappointed you did.

Not a huge consumer of fast food but fries and frosties have become tradition on road trips with the family. This was an above average experience. Unfortunately we live an hour from Fenton so it’s a bit far to be regular patrons but it’s almost worth the drive.

Good food. Nice pleasant service. The parking lot needs replacing this is a reflection of the establishment. Bit of a shame. Thankfully there are a few trees that shade a few spaces in the lot so I can enjoy my fast meal in the car before heading on.

The General Manager needs to be fired. He thought no one was near him and I saw him looking at tiktok video’s of teenage girls, has been racist on numerous occasions, lies about himself to make him look good. And his wife is a child abuser and he is okay with that. Many many people have quit because of Tim. They never properly hold the food, your chili has or had bacteria growth, your soda’s come out of nozzle’s that have never been cleaned.

The children running the restaurant coincidently never provided me with my receipt so here I am writing on Google Reviews to say the kids were the rudest humans to run both drive through windows. Both girls were rude. They were rude because they lack common sense and basic math skills because I had to correct them during my interaction at their Drive Thru windows. Restaurant needs a motivated mature adult to operate the place to help the young kids establish correct communication and people skills to the public. Rude brats running the place.

Stopped going here for a year because it got so bad. Rude employees,food cold and order always wrong. Went today to see if it has gotten better. Sat in line for over 20 minutes,rude employees at the speaker and window,food cold and forgot a part of it.. SOOOO nothing changed here lol. I seriously don’t know how this place is still open?? No adults working here it’s like a highschool keg party going on in there.

Good, fast service. Nice folk behind the drive through mic and at the pickup window. The order was exactly as placed. The food well prepared and just what was needed. I wish the company would stop using plastic straws though. Get with it Wendy’s!
