They are usually pretty great. But every once in a while you get the B team and you can tell. I usually only stop in for frostys but when I do get food it’s usually fresh. My only main gripe is when they’re scheduled to be open until 11:00 or midnight and you get there an hour before that and there’s somebody inside hiding and not taking orders. But you can clearly see them inside and all the lights are still on for drive-thru and everything.

This was the most disgusting Wendy’s. We arrived at 11:20am for lunch in the dining room, it was trashed and filthy, and I’m sure it was from the previous day. Dining area not cleaned at all and all tables were not wiped down. Fries all over the carpet. We were the only ones in the dining area. Daughter ordered “saucy” nuggets. There is nothing saucy about them. Very dry, cold and not saucy. The bathrooms were just as gross, grape jam on the floors and mirror splattered. I felt like I needed a shower after we left.

Country fast food is the best fast food. Excellent quality. Service was good, not super enthusiastic but the quality was on point. Maybe she wasn’t doing well that day who knows but I have no complaints. I will definitely return.

This was a great Wendy’s. The person helping us had the best attitude and was super helpful. The food quality was great too. Our fries were hot and fresh. The sandwiches were made well. My favorite part was the nice guy who helped us- he was awesome. Our food was also ready pretty fast.

Its a fast food place. I dont ever expect much. Some times staff is great, some times they are pushy. Some times the food is made with effort and sometimes its sloppy. It happens in food service.

This was arguably, the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I attempted to eat the chicken sandwich and thought Maybe just part of the chicken Was bad or just too tough? But the entire chicken patty that was on my sandwich was like trying to chew rubber.
I literally had to throw my sandwich out and drive to the next town, which is howell michigan, to get a wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich, that was good.

Waited about 5 minutes at speaker to place order. Finally, she takes my order ( off the 2 for $3 menu), she tells me the the total is $8 and some change. The manager fixes it. When I get to window to pay, she tells me my total with complete conversation behind her voice. I waited another 5 minutes for my food… Which was amazing and worth the wait AND the attitude!
