This is the only Wendy’s in town I’ll go to, now to be fair I really only come here around breakfast so I’m not sure how their lunch staff is. However, I go out of my way to go to this one specifically because there is an older man that works here in the AM during the week, I’m not sure if he’s a manager or what, but he is genuinely the nicest guy. His customer service skills are amazing, it seems like he’s running the place himself. He’s cooking the food, taking the orders and still providing great service to us. He has never not been nice even when he seems slightly overwhelmed. The food comes out hot and fresh every time, the wedges are always crispy and hot and the bacon on my sandwich isn’t crispy and over cooked like you’d get at other fast food places, or even other Wendy’s locations lol.

Restaurant was gross. Ketchup dispenser didn’t work, pop fountain didn’t work, fresh lemonade machine looked disgusting behind counter and of course didn’t work. Floors were sticky and gross, looked like red sticky stuff all over counters by napkin dispenser and ketchup all over walls. Food was cold and old and it was only 10:55 am. It appeared there was only two people working at the time but we were only patrons in building and dining room tables were not clean either. The person taking our order was unfriendly and monotone. One person came in after us and it was same short behavior with that person, almost rushing them. Definitely will never go back and health department should probably look into the cleanliness. Didn’t dare use restroom there!!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the center was raw!!!! The manager was horrified, apologized, refunded my money, however it became evident that the timer on one of the fryers is broken! Overheard staff telling her it look done, but as she knew the timer was broken. Behind the counter looked dirty and unkempt. They offered free food, I refused it all and thank God I didn’t get sick from eating 1/4 of sandwich before I hit raw chicken!

The girls in there that usually be working the window are usually just plain out rude, especially when i catch the night shift workers. its just sometimes i really cant stand how slow and not on task some of these staff are. its very very sad.

I love Wendy’s. This particular Wendy’s is probably the worst I’ve ever visited. At the speaker, They were quite rude. Interrupting and talking over my order. After the first employee talked over me three time, another employee got on the headset….. and proceeded to talk over me and interrupt me.

This place got an update outside but it needs a new bathroom. The service is slow and just average for Wendy’s. We tend to not eat here and have been disappointed too many times in the past.

Should have went elsewhere. Long wait with no cars ahead of me. Had to engage at order window in order to place my order. No crackers in bag with chili. Should have asked myself if I wanted any sauce. 12 mins to get my food. On top of that the fries were cold. You might be thinking they were short handed, but there were 3 employees there. Car behind me left due to the wait. I’m positive they had a better experience elsewhere.
