I dont have a Wendy’s near me its 2 hours away one way and 1 hour away north so when I go outa town I LOVE ME SOME Wendy’s! its just so much more fresh then micky d’s, bk, KFC or taco bell… so Wendy’s is my favorite and awsome frosty and choices I had forgot about who wouldn’t want a bad ass baked potato!! Came in with my son on November 10th on a Sunday at around 12:30pm. Food was piping hot, fresh, and delicious. RESTERAUNT was immaculate. Staff was super friendly. Heather was especially helpful and offered GREAT SERVICE! Whoever did the food made it amazing. The lobby was SUPER CLEAN! I have been going to this location for years, and it was my least favourite location. Now? I can no longer say it’s my least favourite. It has become my favourite, and I look forward to coming her much more frequently, if staff stays the same, food stays this delicious, lobby stays this clean, etc. NOT TO MENTION, IT IS MORE AFFORDABLE AT WENDY’S NOW THAN MCDONALD’S! I got a ten piece nugget meal with a baked potato and a five dollar bacon cheese burger biggie bag (that comes with a sandwich, fries, nuggs, and a drink) for just $13.98. Way more food than McDonald’s, healthier, and better quality at a GOOD PRICE! I’ll be recommending Wendy’s, especially this location every chance I get! God bless Wendy’s and this location!

Ordered via Door dash at 6:53p. Currently 7:34p and my dasher has been waiting for at least 15-20mins for our food. I call to find out what is going on and I’m told there are only 2 people working, during diner time on a weeknight. I will not be ordering from this location again if they can’t even hire enough people to keep up. Terrible management and absolutely ridiculous. 10 piece nugget meal and a burger meal and a baked potato. Was hoping by the time I finished writing this they would have been moving, but nope.. still waiting at 7:40P.

Edit: 7:47p, just received a call from my dasher saying that after almost an hour, they didn’t have any baked potatoes. The dasher also said there are 4-5 people working, so apparently I was also lied to on the phone by the employee who answered. Never again for this location, will be going to Swartz Creek from now on.

Edit #2: Didnt even get what we ordered. Received 1 burger, 1 fry, 3 (only ordered 2) drinks and a cheddar bacon fry (that we didn’t order). Missing 10 piece nuggets and a fry. Called again and was pretty much told to take it up with doordash, I’m sorry? Since when was doordash packing the bag? The ticket on the bag was right so absolutely no excuse other than not paying attention. I’m now in the drive thru at McDonalds at 826p so I have something to eat and my husband’s food is getting cold while we get me something to eat.

Took my money!

I visited this location on 10/26/25. I sat in the lobby with my family and took time to put in mobile orders. After we placed the orders we were greeted and told one of the items was not available. The manager told me only corporate could give me a refund. I asked for assistance via their app and customer care team twice and sent an email to the contact for the department. Only responses I have received is someone would contact me. No one has ever contacted me and at this point I have already stopped going to the location but may boycott all locations due to the store and corporation’s inability to refund money for something I never received from them.

This location is in a just okay gas station but the Wendy’s is great. It’s very clean inside. The staff is friendly and quick. My order came out quickly and the fries were fresh and still a bit crispy when I got them home. My burger, a single, was a typical Wendy’s burger and it was very well assembled. Honestly pretty picture perfect for a fast food burger. No complaints about this visit.

First- Ill never be back. I went through the drive thru and ordered a ‘Dave’s tripple only cheese’. Of course it wasnt right but I was fine taking it in and getting it right. The entire time the front counter person, grill, and drive thru were loudly talking bad about me. Like it was my fault it wasn’t right? I have 15+ years fast food experience. I would fire any of my crew on the spot if they behaved this way. Im pretty sure the girl in grill was the manager which makes it even worse. They act like that because theyre following your example which is a horrible one by the way. In the end they still after all that got my sandwich wrong the second time. This store is absolutely pathetic and not worthy of the name it bears on the sign.

Doordashing in the morning the lady working there is unpleasant, unprofessional, miserable and wants everybody else to be miserable around her including the staff members as I listen to her complain to them. very rude I hate to pick up orders there when she is there. She wouldn’t give me her name either. Other staff very friendly. She needs to go.

Sometimes it’s good and on point but then there’s other times it’s absolutely horrible. Missing items like food, straws, and have been told my receipt is in the bag but in fact wasn’t and customer service is horrible. More bad experiences then good, do better
