I walked into the filthiest bathroom I have EVER seen at a restaurant! I’ve posted some pictures. There was what appeared to be blood on the bathroom counter. And the bathroom floor was so sticky everywhere it pulled my shoes off. The dining room was almost as nasty! It strongly makes me wonder if the kitchen is as bad

During my last 4 visits, I have not had hot fries. Lukewarm in the car, cold when I get back to work, less than 10 minutes later. You would think, especially if the customer is only ordering a large fry, that they would check the temp or drop them fresh for the customer. Sadly it’s been like that for the breakfast potatoes at this location as well. Wendy’s has some of the best tasting potato offerings in fast food, unfortunately you would never know it from this location. I hope to be able to change this rating in the future. Compared to my Vienna Rd experience, this one is pretty meh.

Good was pretty good. I had the Ghost Pepper chicken. Staff at drive through was cheerful and made sure my order was correct. Atmosphere is one star because the lobby was closed even tho I was there at 3 PM. Why? COVID was two years ago.

This Wendy’s is stingy as you can be. Not even two strips of bacon on a Baconator! A Baconator! This has 1 and 2/3. $13 for this. I’m done with Fast Food. I’m only ordering from Restaurants from now on. You get better food for the same price or Cheaper. You broke me Wendy’s. I’m done.

Decided to get off of highway I-69 with my husband because we were coming from Grand Rapids on our way back to Livonia and we wanted to Wendy’s so we went in lobby and bathrooms were clean but the management was very terrible. We told the nice polite lady up front that we wanted changes to our burgers and she rung us up for it in the system but somehow we got the complete opposite very ridiculous. And not to say my son was there 2 weeks in a row and order a single and opened and seen part of scrambled egg on his burger and came through the drive through about a week ago and got the wrong food , went in and told us the manger which is the black short lady we’re guessing gave him a attitude and just threw his food to him after she was done bagging it, now with an attitude like this how are you even allowed to be a manger , not only that while me and my husband were ordering the way she talks to employees is completely out of hand and she needs to be fired asap I also wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want cross contaminated food.

Regularly at this location, service is very slow and food is messed up. Customer service is bad. I have come here several times and been given attitude, waited 20 to 30 minutes with only one other person in line who also is made to wait a long time. My food is regularly messed up.

Worker was super nice! She gave my baby cousin a free frostie right when we walked in. She also brought our food right to the table, and went out of her way to tell us “have a nice day” as we were leaving.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I have visited. Stale buns,luke warm burger and old nuggets. Drive-thru worker wouldn’t answer questions and then proceeded to not give any sauce with nuggets.
