Ordered a happy meal for my 2 year old and also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and all 14 nuggets were raw, they were translucent colored on the inside with a tink of pink. Called the location and the “manager” CJ (Christy) had told me it’s not raw chicken, and it’s most likely grease, she said since they are processed they wouldn’t be pink ish like normal chicken breast.. I asked her for a district manager phone number or anyone above het and she wouldn’t give me any of the information. She said she could replace my meal, why would I want to come back after I got 14 raw chicken nuggets and waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for that. Definitely don’t go to this location.

Absolute incompetence of the highest level here. Ordered an Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with the classic chicken, add onion. This dumpster of an establishment gave me a SPICY patty, NO onion, and also forgot the two main ingredients that make it a CLUB, the cheese and the bacon. How unbelievably incompetent do your workers have to be to mess this up? I added one item to a sandwich and you subtracted 3 of them and made it spicy. Absolutely horrendous establishment.

I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru to place my order and nobody answered the phone. When I went in and there was a line of cars there were FIVE employees inside. As I stood there for nearly 10 minutes they each kept shouting to each other who was handling the counter as one guy mopped the floor. NOBODY greeted me, spoke to me or helped me. On staff was two black males, one black female, one white female and one white male and ALL had headsets on. Yet when I was yelling at the speaker for help in the drive thru NOBODY answered. THEN one of the girls laughed and said to someone named JV they’re talking to you on the headset for their order and he said “I don’t care I took that headset off.” HOW RUDE, HOW DISRESPECTFUL. After waiting 45 minutes I left empty handed and won’t patronize this business again! Extremely upsetting at the unprofessionalism. Attached is a photo of staff 3/6 at 5:00pm. NONE acknowledged me or helped me, NONE.

Absolutely disgusting. Should be shut down. Employees not using gloves or any sort of hygienic practices. Nasty hands touching all the items. Took over 20 minutes just to take order. Whole place was disgusting. Also freezing inside. Avoid unless you like hepatitis. We paid and walked out without the food after we saw what was occurring. I’d rather dispute the charge than deal with that crap.

As someone who works in the food industry, we take orders up til we close. The customer gets a fresh made meal. However, I stopped at 11:45pm and received cold fries, a cold chicken sandwich and a coke that was flat, watered down and not a coke. Super disappointed and will not go there again. Other times I have gone there, I’ve had to go back in to retrieve an item they didn’t give me that I had ordered. The kid at the drive thru was at least nice. Probably because he knew I was getting ripped off ♀️.

I won’t even poop here. I haven’t found a decent Wendy’s in over a decade. ‘Employees’ could literally not care less. You’ll get whatever old, stale food they feel like throwing out the window. What a shame. A good Wendy’s hits hard. Just not sure they exist anymore.

Possibly one of the worst businesses in Michigan. This place is an embarrassment to Wendy’s. Staff is incredibly rude, saw them make kids cry. Don’t bother writing corporate, they don’t care. Last time I was in one of the employees was threatening a customer. Please take your business elsewhere.

Food was decent. Went inside to eat and the restaurant was not clean. Dirty tables and floors. My wife and I found it hard to order due to the manager shouting at another employee. The cashier was nice. We planned to dine in, but seeing the shape the inside was in, we took our food to go. We will not be returning.

Do not eat here!!!! Kitchen staff not wearing gloves disgusting dirty waited a half hour for the wrong sandwich. Rude and slow. management needs to fire everyone there and figure out how to run a restaurant. Will never return and I hope nobody ever eats there again
