Update Feb 2024 – they are cutting the patty in half, and shorting drive through orders. They won’t provide receipts so you can’t file a complaint with corp. Terrible management, terrible place. I’m done. This has been so hit and miss, and now mostly miss. I won’t waste my time here again.
They never seem to maintain the coke freestyle machine. It’s always out of something. And when I ask them to heck it, they just shrug. Why spend 8 bucks on a meal and not be able to use this thing. Done going here for now.
Update 3/19 This visit, everything was fantastic. Clean place, food was prepared as it should (kudos for the perfect bacon), machine was clean and stocked.

Pricey and they are skimpy on things. You’ll need to double and triple check your order to make sure they get it right. You have about a 50/50% chance they will get your order correct. If they got it right the last time, they will probably get it wrong next time, Yes it’s that bad. Employee Cameron is awesome super nice person. Many of the female employees and managers working here however will bite your head off for asking questions, beware. Woof.

This location always messed up my order. Either forgetting part of a meal or not taking off items I ask. I understand mistakes but it gets to a point that more times than not something is wrong with my order here. I honestly need to stop getting food from here but its close to my house. Would not recommend if you need customizations on food or ordering more than one thing because they seem to get confused.

I get fresh nuggets and fries every time I stop In for a bite and the manger’s are so helpful and friendly when it comes to mistakes I did have an issue with my sauces one day but I made the mistake of asking for the wrong kind and they kindly swapped them out

I usually don’t come here anymore because the fries are old or overcooked, and they mess up my order. My boyfriend and I were hungry and we got $5 bags. We both got nuggets. These were his. C’mon now. Someone there thought that was acceptable to put 2 tiny crumbs of chicken in there and call it good?

While they were moving very fast it did not end up being a very good interaction as the quickly reach the food out of the drive-thru window and I tried to ask for ketchup but they just closed the door and walked away so I ended up just driving off so they were more worried about speed than they were about customer service

The drive threw is so infested with bees i couldn’t finish my order at the box. Finished at the windows but more bees came in my car AFTER I gave her my debit card. When I pulled into the parking lot n walked in the girl had so much attitude. She wasn’t sure that the order they put aside was mine so she heard the receipt infront of my face to read. N what really pissed me off was her refusing to give my debit card back that I have them just a few seconds ago without an I.D.
