This Wendy’s has about the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I work in fast food so I understand some slip-up’s here and there, along with training new workers, but it’s unbelievable. During the summer, my dad went to buy his food and a worker LOST his card. We also live far away from this location and 30 minutes into our drive we get a call saying they found it. Waste of gas and money. We visit today and get interrupted while eating and asked to MOVE so they can mop. We got up and left. When people are in the restaurant eating you can be patient and wait to mop the floors, or hear me out, mop somewhere else. I never leave reviews anywhere but this is so bad. Please work on your customer service and learn how to treat your customers. 🙂

Worst General Manager Ever!!! Always horrible customer service in the 4 years I’ve lived here. Never gets my order right. And it’s not complicated. Also don’t apply to work there because, apparently if they don’t have a uniform for you it’s your responsibility to go buy a specific shirt until they have one or you can’t work.I’ve never heard of anything like that. Friend of mine works at Taco Bell and when he started they gave him a backpack, two shirts and a hat. Since when do places force you to pay out of pocket to go get something because they don’t have a uniform yet.

I usually don’t do fast food. Today I decided to get one of the $5 biggy bags for my granddaughter and myself. At the drive thru I said I wanted the $5 one. She asked med or large. I said what and she said drink and fries. Well since it’s for a 2yr old I didn’t need even that but I said medium. She tells me $7.30. I’m thinking I don’t know where she learned math but that’s a whole lot of tax. I get to the window and inquired about the price. She said it was for the medium upgrade. I DIDN’T EVEN WANT THAT MUCH!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF. she said that’s what they are supposed to ask. We’ll for us people that are not fast foodies that’s just wrong not to tell me that when I said I wanted the $5 meal!!!

Went through the drive thur. Before I start my shift at work. I get to work to eat before I go in. I open my # 8 meal. The sandwich was so messy I couldn’t eat it. I only had two napkins. My total meal was $16.00. Then I get the wrong receipt. Where do I put a picture of my mess.

The food is terrible. The fries tasted like they were from yesterday , cold rubbery, inedible. The unsweetened tea that I ordered was sweet tea. $10 for garbage. It’s a disgrace to the Wendy’s franchise and name.

I literally stood at the register for over five minutes and no one even acknowledged me. The manager walked past or around me three times. The drive thru had eight or more cars in line. I finally gave up and walked out, never being acknowledged by any of the five workers that saw me and turned away.
