Food is always cold and stale tasting. Tried to get my order remade and was told by the manager I could come get it replaced then when I arrived they gave my the run around and fought me on it. Dining room smelled like urine and absolutely disgusting. Can’t be that busy to not be able to clean up. Health inspector should be making a visit.

They have a lot of room to improve. Food was fair but not something that would cause me to return. Service was OK but store had a lot of dirty tables and employees doing a lot of standing around. One visit was enough and I will probably not return next vacation. Oh well….you find some good ones and then there are some that are not so good. This store is more toward the latter.

Walked in and drink station was dirty, drink machine was dirty as well, get to the counter, trash filled to the brim, no excuse as it wasnt even busy, not ONE SINGLE TEAM MEMBER was wearing gloves while i was in there, seemed to be no direction and everything seems to be in chaos, the demeanor of the team was relatively low, no one seemed to be smiling. This Wendy’s located in bad axe MI, is of very low sub par quality with decent customer care.

Terrible service, wanted large fri but didn’t have large containers, then we asked to replace it with medium and they said they didn’t have any large. So we had to buy 2 small fries instead so we had to bay double the money for less fri. Also when we got our order they said the receipt machine was not working also asked for no ice put ice any way. 0 out of 10 would not recomend

Waited over 20 mins to get through there line only to be handed the wrong peoples order. Unfortunately we ordered to go and did not realize until we were miles down the road so we were struck with 2 basic hamburgers vs what we paid for.
