The gentleman working at the counter was extremely friendly yet he definitely could have used some help from a coworker. They were busy yet I noticed they were cleaning a fryer at noon? Not an ideal time for that task. The front door was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. I took my granddaughter into the bathroom then walked right back out as the condition of the rest room was filthy as well. Looks like the cleanliness of this establishment could use some attention. I’m shocked the management overlooks these conditions.

I got my favorite Classic Chicken Sandwich Combo with french fries,, a Dr Pepper and I added my top favorite treat; A large Chocolate Frosty! This location is the same as other Wendy’s I often stop at; Fast and Friendly Service, Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Dessert, Great Everything! Today I came back and had a delicious Fish Sandwich, a Chocolate Frosty and a Coke! YUM! When I came back Alison got me some really delicious Breakfast Sandwiches!

My food is usually cold, one time I ordered a double baconator and the burger was the little burgers for the junior burgers, at least half the workers are just not friendly. And I never get my condiments… or they screw up my order. I guess if you don’t tell them they can’t make things better . Food is always cold and stale tasting. Tried to get my order remade and was told by the manager I could come get it replaced then when I arrived they gave my the run around and fought me on it. Dining room smelled like urine and absolutely disgusting. Can’t be that busy to not be able to clean up. Health inspector should be making a visit.
Bonnie is so rude and her customer service is in heard it. They need to replace this place with something good and clean.

I ordered a kids meal and specifically requested apple slices. I was given fries so when I asked for my apple slices they wanted the fries back I said aren’t you just going to throw them away? The girl got an attitude and says yeah that’s how it works but no, I don’t think it is or at least it shouldn’t be. when the mistake is on the restaurant and the customer is inconvenienced they should get both items when it’s the customers fault for not ordering the right item sure take the incorrect item back. but this was the restaurants fault and I got yelled at for it. I’ll never go back.

If it wasn’t obvious enough, this Wendy’s has more than a slightly difficult time getting the order correct, I’d pass it off as a mistake except this Wendy’s constantly makes the same mistakes. So I find myself questioning if it’s a lack of motivation to do the job that was signed up for? I’m not sure, but do keep in mind that drive through and delivery manages to cause some issues here

Extremely poor customer service from the manager, Claire. The drive-thru experience started off rough — the employee was outright rude and dismissive. I tried using a $3 app discount, but it didn’t apply. When I asked about it, she snapped, “I can’t control what the system does.” I replied that while that may be true, there’s still a way to communicate respectfully. Instead, she slammed the window in my face.
After calming down, I returned a few minutes later to ask for her name so I could make a complaint which is something I’ve never done in my entire life. Shockingly, I found out she was the manager. When I told her how poorly I felt I was treated, her apology was laced with attitude. When I asked for her name, she said, “It’s Claire, and don’t you forget it.”
I’m 48 years old and have never been spoken to like that by anyone in a customer-facing role. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership position.

Went for lunch they obviously dont know what a cheesy cheddar burger is they lady taking my order had 10 flies swarming her head talk about cleanliness then went to get a refund the manager caught an attitude when i said there were toppings on it when i asked for a burger that comes with no toppings then she finally decided to give me my money back after all this. safe to say i wouldnt choose to eat there
